Just off picturesque Colorado Hwy 40, Twin Rivers is located in a valley at nearly 8000 feet. Our unit, an upstairs unit over the clubhouse, was not ready when we arrived, and the unit key pad code did not work at all. We waited 45 minutes on resort staff to clean our unit and had to call resort management twice... More

The place is OKAY. There was a dead earwig in the egg tray inside the fridge; only ONE coffee service for a week's rental; laundry and hot tub facility hours are goofy, which makes you wait until after 10am to start your day; the bathrooms are very dated with brown fixtures and tile; water is very hard. Functional, but also... More

Our room experienced extremely loud squeaking noises when the tenants from the top floor unit walked and all their bathroom activities (using the toilet) and we could also hear their voices. This was very disappointing since everything else was perfect. We would go back - using only top floor facilities.

Older timeshare. No onsite guest services. You are on your own. Dishwasher, fireplace and room temp all did not work correctly even down to the wine opener. Not a single window or sliding glass door worked. A beer bottle full of cigarette butts was left on the deck. We couldn't open the door so it didn't matter. When meeting the... More

We came to visit Fraser, CO on a family vacation. We were told there was transportation to the condos and there was none. When we arrived to the condo, by walking, our door code we received on our confirmation did not work. After receiving 3 codes we finally got in and the room was not cleaned. The beds were not... I need to start by saying that I found management to be exceptionally friendly, available, and helpful. I will also say that the condo was very clean. The location is good-the shuttle bus is nearby and will take you to Winter Park ski resort, or the nearby grocery store. There was a wonderful view of the mountains out the sliding... More

The condo had a gas fireplace which really warmed up the living room. The rooms were clean and adequate. I had a full kitchen complete with stove. I had a view of the mountains from the back sliding glass window. Beautiful.

We've been going to Twin Rivers for years simply because it became a family tradition over the years for an annual ski trip and years ago several family members purchased "time share" condos. First, let me say, this is the ONLY reason we come here. Location is great and near several bars / restaurants. Kitchens are equiped and the heat... More

We stayed at Twin Rivers through an Interval exchange. It was what I would typically expect from a time share. The kitchen is well stocked, and the condo is very roomy. Other reviewers stated that the master bedroom has a sleep number king sized bed. We were very excited for that. Well, we were disappointed. The bed has a sleep... More
