This is a beautiful building from 1892. We stayed over a weekend. It was extremely quiet. Our room was on the first floor (antoinette room). It was very large with a king size bed. a very large bathroom. the inn was very clean. The breakfast were french toast one day, and quiche on another. They were nice and packed us...

Impressive old house in good distance to downtown and restaurants. Innkeepers very attentive and accommodating. Parking arranged at neighbor hotel when full. I staying in the Library room. Very nice size, bathroom was really nice and big. Two things bugged me. Stale odor in room. There was a "Clue" game in the room, Library room. Made me think they had...

We came here for a bachelor party and reserved the whole place. If you have a large enough group that is definitely the way to go. All the rooms are unique with wonderful beds and private bathroom. I stayed in the da Vinci room and it had its own patio. This was a great room. The staff was extremely helpful...

The Location, Service & Breakfasts were top notch. There was a special request given to have a bottle of wine w/glasses waiting in the room for My Birthday. (Very Nice!) We were offered an additional fan to help cool the room. Rooms do not have a mini fridge or coffee maker/machine. Coffee is served from about 7am & is a...

There is no way you could possibly have a better stay than at the Patterson Inn. We just had the whole place for a wedding and it was PERFECT. The Inn has a warm and open feel. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Big shout out for the bed and pillows! Rates were fair and the staff are...

We stayed two nights this May before going to Conifer for a High School graduation. It was within walking distance of the Denver Art and History Museums. The street was a historical delight to walk down and we ran into a Docent led discussion in front of the Molly Brown home. The staff at the Inn were helpful in every...

It is our first time in Denver. Due to a terrible delay of the flight and unexpected trouble with car rental we reached the inn at 2 am of the other day. The general manager Michele was so kind to get up at that time to help us park our car and very thoughtfully offered our three year old son...

The Patterson Inn was the second hotel my husband and I stayed at on a week long honeymoon/first anniversary trip. The Inn is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. We even got an upgrade and complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate. This is such a relaxing, peaceful place. Of the 4 hotels we stayed at, the Patterson...

The Inn is charming and the neighborhood is delightful to walk in and has lots of interesting architecture. Everyone is very friendly and Patty cooked amazing breakfasts, both delicious and healthy. The Inn is supposedly haunted and if that makes you nervous, don't stay there. The good news is that the five nights we spent were comfortable and there were...

My wife and i liked the quaint victorian mansion with the ghost rumors. No ghost but was accessible to everything we wanted and in walking distance. No rental car necessary. Breakfast was enough to get us to lunch for sure and was in walking distance to three pubs and the 6th ave dining.
