Amazing stay! Bed was so comfy, bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Lots of unique, delicious food within walking distance. Michelle the manager made things very wonderful for us!

Dating from 1891, the furnishings, art, and decor do justice to the Gilded Age while at the same time honoring the present with such contemporary touches as flat-screen TVs, fully modern electrical service, a handicap-accessible elevator from the street level, and other touches for comfort and convenience. Breakfasts, individually tailored to your dietary needs and interests, are truly memorable. With...

We stayed at The Patterson for three nights while visiting our son, who lives in Denver. The property is a large older mansion that has been exquisitely restored and updated with modern conveniences. The staff was extremely attentive and treated all of the guests as house guests, not room numbers. The Patterson is in a beautiful older residential area of...

We stayed for 4 nights for a New Year's Eve trip and had a wonderful experience. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our room, No. 9, was cozy, uniquely decorated, and very clean. We enjoyed happy hour with other guests in the charming lounge and Michelle was a most excellent host for our time in Denver....

Can't say enough good things about this gem!! This beautifully restored historic B&B is centrally located within walking distance to bars, restaurants and entertainment. Stumbled upon this place, after living in the neighborhood for several years and moving away and could not be more pleased with the service! Michelle the general manager waited on me hand and foot, I felt...

This is a beautiful, historic little inn with great service. The staff here is superior. The rooms are spacious, very well appointed and very well kept. There is wine reception in the evenings and terrific breakfasts. Michelle, the manager, is terrific.

I stayed at the Patterson for two months during an extended work trip. I stayed in both Gusteau and the Library. Both rooms were absolutely beautiful; however, Gusteau is my favorite room in the entire hotel. The beds are incredibly comfortable--almost like sleeping on air. All of the staff members are friendly, warm, and welcoming and breakfast each morning was...

The people were very nice, room clean and enjoyed the free parking. One small draw back, the shower head could be a little bigger. On a positive note, the tub is big enough for two and the manager had a cold bottle of wine in our room.

This is a beautiful building from 1892. We stayed over a weekend. It was extremely quiet. Our room was on the first floor (antoinette room). It was very large with a king size bed. a very large bathroom. the inn was very clean. The breakfast were french toast one day, and quiche on another. They were nice and packed us...
