Loved this place!!!! Its a little out of the way but we had a great stay. Very comfortable beds, nice pool, and the best breakfast made to order. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Also had a nightly social hour that offers free drinks and snacks, we never took advantage as we are not drinkers but it looked like a good time.

Hotel's Favourite
My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs. The room was great. Very clean and spacious. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The parking lot felt safe and the hotel was easy to get to from I70. We enjoyed our breakfast (very unusual for a hotel). There were plenty of options and the omelets were really good.

While I'm sure this hotel was state of the art back in the 1980s when Stapleton Airport was still a thing, it's now a dated (but extremely clean) building facing a second life as a budget option for young weed tourists. There is nothing nearby but weed warehouses and a soup kitchen... You'll need a car, and will be forced to pay for the privilege of parking in the hotel lot which they don't even bother to sand or salt. If you are thinking this might be a nice option when visiting friends or family in central park, think again.

Absolutely horrible customer service and will never recommend this hotel to anyone! My daughter had a volleyball tournament in Denver and wasn't feeling well. I tested my daughter for COVID-19, and she was positive on the day we were supposed to check in. I called and cancelled and was told I would not receive a refund because I was within the check-in window, but that I could call the accounting office to see if they would refund the 1-night stay. I left a message, and they never returned my call. I called again a couple of days later, and they refused to refund a 1-night stay. I have stayed with hundreds of Hilton hotels, and this is the first time I have ever had to deal with the utmost disrespect from a Hilton establishment! Stay away from this place if you can and drive another 5-10 minutes to avoid dealing with this poorly run hotel!

Very busy but mostly quiet. Choose your room. Room 626 near stairwell exit and off the beaten track also not on the I-70 side and overlooks the North Main parking lot. Minimal road noise, some lobby noise from children while in “living room” but bedroom quiet with only 1 room as a neighbor. Bed-decent, couch-hard, bathroom-small but hairdryer-awesome (rare in a hotel). Updated decor but also very dark lobby in the evening, almost has a patio at night feel. Lobby bar very busy on Friday night. Breakfast-lots to offer but so spread out you’re waiting in multiple lines to get this, then that, but plenty of room for eating. Omelet/breakfast meats line very long at 0630 due to sports group in hotel. Pool small but decent, has a working hot tub!!! But heavy on the chemicals. There’s a “sauna” but not sealed enough to heat up even if any of the dial/settings worked. Overall-affordable, quiet, close to Stapleton, other attractions, easy to get in and out of and comfortable. Towels are super soft!!!! Yes!!!

I needed to be in meetings Tuesday morning 11/07, so I flew in late Monday spent just one night and flew out Tuesday night. This place is a very short distance south of I-70. I have found the Denver morning traffic to be bumper-to-bumper and the closer you can stay to your ultimate destination the better. This hotel was less than 10 miles from our plant and traffic was really backed up. But this was much better than the morning drive from the other side of town would have been. And I was able to walk to dinner in less than 10 minutes. I walked to Famous Dave’s for ribs and beer well worth the 10 minute walk. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. My king room was a nice size and comfortable. A picture of the bedroom and bath are attached. I didn’t realize they charged $15 to park overnight at the hotel until I got the bill the next day.

Nice place to stay are room was a little dated had popcorn ceilings and other things that where dated like the couch cushions didn’t match that’s small little things the most important part was it was CLEAN!! Bed was comfortable pillows horrible. Breakfast was good Adult happy hour was very nice. The only complaint I would have is we had something to eat in the evening I had the potatoe soup and it was not good when the gentleman brought it to me it looked like oatmeal took couple bites and I just couldn’t eat it and I love potatoe soup I order it a lot . My husband liked his Texas chili . I think maybe the potatoe soup had been there all day and it was later in the evening but it would not not make me want to stay there. I would go back.

Thanks for letting us know about your stay. I agree with you about the potato soup, to the point that it is being removed from the menu, plus working on a few other items on the menu as well. The cushions for the sofas were chosen by a designer and while they are a different color, it does add a bit more to the parlor than the exact match that so many are use to. Hope to see you again soon, and maybe try out the new soups being offerred.

The entire management staff working the front desk need to be retrained or replaced! I booked this stay in Denver for our 19th wedding anniversary and had nothing but problems since check in. When I booked the hotel through Booking.com, I messaged the property and requested a bottle of champagne for our room, I received a response that it would be no problem and they were happy to do it. I paid through Booking.com ahead of our stay for the full 3 nights, when we arrived I was told there was no payment made on the reservation and was quoted an even higher rate than what I paid and told I needed to pay again to get a room. After speaking with a manager, who helped after I was about to burst into tears, I gave my phone to the manager to speak to my CC bank and they verified I had paid for the full reservation. The manager asked that I pay $75 as a deposit and they would check us in while they sorted out the issue with Booking.com. We checked in and were later told they verified with Booking.com that I had paid for the full stay, she even printed it. I was told there were no more issues. The following day I received a call from the front desk saying they ran my CC additional times for the full stay and it was declined, which my CC declined as they were seeing it as fraud. I went down to the front desk very upset, I was angry and again close to tears because of the arrogance of the male manager at the front desk, who told me if I couldn’t pay for the stay we needed to leave. I asked if he talked to the female manager who had printed the statement from Booking.com showing we paid in full, he said there was nothing in our account showing the payment and we needed to leave if I didn’t give a CC payment.

Previous stays at Embassy Suites have always been a good experience. When traveling, the last thing you want to worry about is the quality of the hotel. However, my most recent experience was unfortunate. It started with the way I was greeted by Leroy, the front desk representative. He was condescending and rude in his demeanor. I had reserved two rooms for Saturday night but decided to travel a day early and called the reservation line to modify my reservation. The representative created an additional reservation for Friday instead of simply modifying my existing reservation. Upon my arrival, I explained this to Leroy, who responded by insisting that I'd have to check out of my room on Saturday morning and check back in on Saturday evening. I didn't understand the reason for this, especially since it was going to be the same room. When I asked him why, he was rude and dismissive. The room had no air conditioning, and when I reported it to the front desk, an "engineer" was sent to fix it, but it still didn't work properly. On Saturday, when I returned to the room after a full day out, I found that it had been cleaned, despite having the "do not disturb" sign on the door and all our belongings, including toiletries that I'd left on the bathroom counter, had been thrown into a garbage bag. I was shocked that someone would do this especially since he knew the circumstances and that we were not changing rooms. When I asked the desk clerk about it, he claimed he didn't know anything about it, except that Leroy had instructed him to return our luggage and garbage bag. The room still had no air conditioning, and it was uncomfortably warm. This experience was unnecessary, and Leroy abused his authority. I couldn't understand why our privacy had been invaded and our belongings had been thrown into a garbage bag when we had already paid for the room. The motto, "Stay for the Experience", took on a new meaning for me. I will add that the breakfast was really good. They have made-to-order omelets, yummy hashbrowns, cereal, fruit and toast and bagels, etc. The kitchen staff are also very helpful and attentive.

Hello. Thank you for sharing your experience at Embassy Suites Denver Central Park. We deeply regret that your recent stay did not meet the high standards we strive for. We apologize for the unwelcome treatment you received at the front desk. This behavior is not reflective of our service ethos, and we will address this issue directly. We are also reviewing our reservation procedures to prevent future misunderstandings. We're concerned about the air conditioning issue and the oversight by our housekeeping team, especially considering the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door. Both matters will be investigated and addressed promptly. On a brighter note, we're pleased you enjoyed our breakfast and found our kitchen staff to be attentive. Your positive feedback in this area is much appreciated. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced.
