We loved our whimsically painted artists' suite; the breakfasts were amazing, the location was perfect (we walked EVERYWHERE)!! We liked to sit on the front porch and enjoy our coffee in the morning. The afternoon wine and cheese was a nice touch each evening. Staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come here again.

We found this online when just looking for somewhere with a decent price in convenient walking distance to stuff downtown, and then it really exceeded our expectations--the comfort, style, cleanliness, functionality, and charm of the room and the house were all perfect. Breakfast was amazing--just astonishingly good (whether you're omnivore or, like us, vegetarian [though we do eat eggs, which...

I have stayed at the Queen Anne twice now, and both rooms were lovely. The staff is very helpful, and the food is fantastic! The facility is well-cared-for, and it is very comfortable. Beautiful art and thoughtful details.

This B&B is well-located, certainly within walking distance for all who can easily walk. We had a large, shady room that was well-appointed and well-maintained. The bath was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the staff and were well-served by them. There was a wine tasting with snacks in the evening which was good because we couldn't go out because of...

The charm and quaintness of this place is unmistakable. Milan Doshi, proprietor, is on site daily to prepare fresh from the garden breakfasts, wine and cheese happy hours, ideas for nearby activities and restaurant suggestions. Two homes, side by side, with a lovely garden setting in the back, make this an oasis in the middle of downtown Denver. The park...

This B&B is centrally located near downtown Denver. The Aspen room made us feel like we were napping in as aspen grove with a 360 degree painted mural. The room was clean and comfortable. Our Indian vegetarian breakfast in the garden was delicious, providing the perfect start to our vacay. Our only complaint was the AC that kept cycling on...

There is a lot to recommend about the Queen Anne B&B. The gardens are lovely. The breakfast is delicious. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I also liked the location--within walking distance of a very nice restaurant and across the street from a park where we could watch dogs running and local volleyball tournaments. There are, however, a few...

Cannot say enough about owner and staff here. Extremely accommodating to our needs. Guest fridge and freezer was a lovely touch. Really enjoyed the happy hour and a chance to try some local wines. Huge book of local restaurant and brewery suggestions. And breakfast- nothing short of a 5 star hotel! Each meal was incredible! On our last day we...

We were fully satisfied -- charmed, actually -- by our recent stay at Queen Anne. This is pretty much what a B&B should be -- lovely old building with tons of character (including the murals on walls of the guest rooms), hospitality, excellent breakfasts and a sense of being soothingly buffered from the surrounding city. Location in a nice downtown...
