Our recent stay was our 4th one at this establishment. Suffice it to say that we were indeed disappointed on this visit, whereas our previous stays were overall good. Our biggest complaint is the level of competence of the staff. On other occasions we had been quite pleased with the friendliness and promptness of the reception reps and room service....

Spent one night here when transiting through for a flight out of Clark yesterday morning. The Clark Imperial is just one street back from the main road. There's parking right out the front. The foyer of the hotel was very large and the staff were very quick and attentive. I booked an executive room which for just over $AUD40 I...

We had a pleasant stay here in May, our second time this year. The interior décor is very appealing and clean. We had a quiet room with ample space. Don't forget to ask for your drinking water and towels each day. There is a restaurant near the lobby area which serves acceptable (albeit pricey) food. Our breakfast was free, included...

I would like to write my reviews based on 3-category. #1. Hotel The hotel staffs were awesome......very helpful & accommodating. However, the bed of Room 609 was awful. It was making squeaking noises every time I used it......very annoying. The Hair-dryer was not convenient to use because the power cord wire was too short to the nearest power point. The Shower...

Was there again. Unfortunately no Standard-Room. So only Executive Room for 1900 Pesos. But as always, friendly staff, friendly security, friendly housekeeping. Free breakfast (but only for one person). Nightlife only 5 Minutes away. Only about 6 cars fit on the parking-space. Can make problems sometimes.

The hotel is sited in a back street. The staff are friendly and helpful and eager to please, however the hotel itself is dated and in need of a major overhaul. The toilet cistern leaked water over the bathroom floor. Towels were old and hard but clean enough. The lighting could not be controlled from the bed and the noisy...

Before we transferred to the other room we check first the toilet if its working.3rooms we checked all the toilet are broken. And the...
