Was a nice night away from home. Each room is unique in it's décor, and while some rooms have water-beds fortunately ours did not as neither my wife nor I like them. We did have a fireplace which was nice as the night was chilly. There are a ton of local restaurants around I highly recommend either Uchena, an Ethiopian...

Wonderful comments, thank you so much! We are blessed to have 12 great restaurants literally within a two block radius...and about 35 (yes, 35!) eateries of various sorts within 6 blocks in our wonderful, cozy neighborhood. Book a room with us, walk anywhere, and enjoy! A special PS: Thank you for your sleep 'comfort reading'. All of our rooms, actually,...

The Old Town Guesthouse is eponymous to the charming part of town it is found in, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in its near vicinity. The guest house itself is very comfortable and homely. My wife and I celebrated her birthday there and ended up spending more time in the guest house than we had planned, simply because...

Glad you spent more time here than elsewhere ;-)* That's what we're about. From the cozy rooms to the maybe some funny over-the-edge public space decor here and there and our central location in a fabulous old neighborhood, we want you to remember your stay. Not too early to reserve a room for the next birthday. ;_)*

We rented the entire B&B for our corporate retreat. We had a wonderful time. The staff is fantastic, helpful, and available for any needs that arise. Couldn't say enough wonderful things about booking the Old Town Guesthouse.

You were a great group of "easy-keeper" guests and we're so glad you chose us as headquarters for your retreat. We love the great energy that pervades the Guesthouse when friends and colleagues truly make us their private "home" for a few days. We appreciate your comments and hope we'll have the chance to be your host again!

The Old Town Guest House is so nice it's hard to know where to start. It's located in Old Colorado City, between Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. The entire area has many, many things to do and it's a short walk to all the amenities of Old Colorado City - restaurants, galleries, shops, crafts, bars, etc. The B&B is unique...

A neat place to stay in the heart of Old Colorado City. The GuestHouse owners were welcoming and very accommodating. There was cocktail hour with wine, beer, and snacks. The room we stayed in was clean and had a comfy water bed. The steam shower was a bonus as well as the in room coffee service. The mini fridge in...

Wonderful and welcoming-A place that makes you feel right at home. Delicious breakfast in a lovely sunny dining room. The wine and cheese(and assorted nuts, soda, munchies) was lovely. Our room was spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. We did not partake of the hot tub, but it looked great. There is a basement room with a pool table...

Centrally located in Old Colorado City, this B&B is charming, filled with history and character. The view of Pike's Peak and Mount Manitou from our Indian Paintbrush room was beautiful. Our service was outstanding, rooms comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing! I highly recommend this B&B!

We booked the Explorer room which was the only room left on the weekend we wanted to visit Colorado Springs. It was small, but still provided all of the amenities we needed (and more we didn't even expect). We enjoyed the happy hour snacks provided in the living room in the late afternoon and the breakfast was wonderful.

So happy you enjoyed your stay! Explorer is our smallest and most economical room, but provides all the Inn's amenities. (There are several regular business traveller fans that wouldn't stay in any other room...) Pass the word. Hope you can visit again, and if not in Explorer, move up to any of our seven other unique, cozy accommodations.

Hot tub that looked out at Pike's Peak was big selling point. Food was unique and very tasty. Happy hour was nice. Unexpected water bed was very comfortable. Service was outstanding, just asked and whatever we needed was addressed promptly. Overall, a great experience.
