We stayed in Oriental Poppies room. The decor was lovely and truly pulled in the room's theme. Hot tub on the balcony and comfy bed created a wonderful night's sleep. Not a place for those seeking big screen television. Really designed to support intimate connection with friends and loved ones and pure relaxation. Breakfast was tasty.

A recent overnight at the Old Town Guest House was really nice, except for noise. All night long fans or motors were turning on and off. I understand each lovely room can control their own heat, but the units were so loud. Perhaps we were right under the attic units - not sure, but it was maddening. The Oriental room...

Kim and Dave make you feel so at home! The B&B is always decorated so nice and this holiday season put me right in the mood. After a wonderful breakfast I was ready to do some Christmas shopping in Old Colorado City

Our room was beautiful, perfectly appointed, attention to detail evident everywhere. Our hosts were attentive to our needs, full of wonderful advice for regional attractions and restraunts. They provided excellent breakfasts. There was quite litterally nothing lacking. It was an earthly paradise in which the outside world seemed to melt away and time stop entirely, leaving only pure joy and...

Finest B&B overall we have ever been fortunate enough to discover. This place was recommended by our friends in Colorado Springs when we had to stay there for an extended time to take care of our mother. I cannot express my appreciation for the warmth, home-like atmosphere, and fine service and food. Dave is a maestro in the kitchen, breakfast...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay just for a one-night getaway. it was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing time. I definitely would stay at this place again instead of a hotel. We felt more at home here.

From the moment we arrived Saturday afternoon until check out on Sunday at 11:00 am we felt very welcome and attended to. The room was extremely clean and inviting. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hot tub located just outside on our private balcony. I would highly recommend this B&B for a quiet getaway.

We work hard to provide a cozy, romantic and maybe unanticipated 'comfort zone' for escaping your kids, springing a birthday surprise, acknowledging your anniversary, or just plain old "Let's get out'a the house tonight." Your kind comments and '5 bubbles' on TripAdvisor are a fine compliment. Thank you!

My wife wanted to get away for an early birthday present and we chose to stay here, have dinner nearby, and enjoy a break from the day-to-day routine. Since this was our first time staying at a B&B we really don't have anything to compare it to. David was very pleasant to talk to and took the time to explain...

We love offering a unique, romantic escape for everyone's special occasion and therefore are totally happy to know that we provided you a memorable 'first B&B experience'. The autumn air makes the fireplaces in the rooms a cozy delight whether or not guests step into their private hot tub. Very soon the vistas of Pikes Peak will be cloaked in...

Was a nice night away from home. Each room is unique in it's décor, and while some rooms have water-beds fortunately ours did not as neither my wife nor I like them. We did have a fireplace which was nice as the night was chilly. There are a ton of local restaurants around I highly recommend either Uchena, an Ethiopian...

Wonderful comments, thank you so much! We are blessed to have 12 great restaurants literally within a two block radius...and about 35 (yes, 35!) eateries of various sorts within 6 blocks in our wonderful, cozy neighborhood. Book a room with us, walk anywhere, and enjoy! A special PS: Thank you for your sleep 'comfort reading'. All of our rooms, actually,...

The Old Town Guesthouse is eponymous to the charming part of town it is found in, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in its near vicinity. The guest house itself is very comfortable and homely. My wife and I celebrated her birthday there and ended up spending more time in the guest house than we had planned, simply because...

Glad you spent more time here than elsewhere ;-)* That's what we're about. From the cozy rooms to the maybe some funny over-the-edge public space decor here and there and our central location in a fabulous old neighborhood, we want you to remember your stay. Not too early to reserve a room for the next birthday. ;_)*
