Wow! What a find! This is not some cookie cutter hotel. Super clean, bright, and relaxing place! The grounds are very well maintained and promote relaxation. The whole place is landscaped beautifully and peppered with seating areas, fire pits, and a hot tub complete with disco lights. There is a sweet lounge with a flat screen tv, couches, and a...

After driving for 15 hours, we were delighted to find that everything was even better than expected. Our rooms were beautifully redone, and larger than expected. Mike and Scott are quick to make sure you have everything you could possibly need, and ate helpful in suggesting chill things for us to check out around town. Fresh breakfast every morning was...

My fiance and my best friend and his girlfriend all stayed in the mountain suite which had a beautiful view of pikes peak. We had access to a BBQ, a hot tub, and a kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook. The lounge area was very cool it had a flat screen TV, a pool table, multiple couches, anything cannabis...

Mike, who is the owner, helped us with our impromptu trip from start to finish. He was so helpful in choosing a room, where to eat, where to go for awesome hikes, and the list goes on. We stopped in after a fun weekend in Salida skiing with friends. We like to experience the smaller local businesses, Mike the owner of Hotel San Ayer was a great host. Very laid back guy that made you feel like a VIP guest. The place is very well maintained and very clean for a older establishment. It's centrally located between...

We've spent a great deal of time on the phone with the owner, Mike, talking about our trip. He has been exceptionally helpful with helping us plan. He has offered information about the area, about sight-seeing, and about which businesses to visit.

We stayed here during our honeymoon road-trip which took us throughout Colorado. This was my first Bud+Breakfast experience and it did not disappoint. Even though the rooms are close to a busy street, the noise didn't really filter through the room. The staff were very professional and articulate, answering all my questions as a first-timer. Oh, and did I mention...

A friend of mine and myself stayed here for 2 nights to experience what Colorado has to offer. We could not have chosen a better place to stay! The staff was excellent! Everything was very clean and anything we needed they were right there to help. I would have given them a higher rating if I could! Will definitely be...

A ' no frills ' hotel with basic rooms and average, or even a little below average, amenities. This place has a "Bud-centric" atmosphere and purpose, so if you're not ok with that, stay elsewhere. If you are ok with that, then you will have a pleasant stay. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome...

We stayed 2 nights. Everything was clean and well maintained. The lounge was very fun... it's an eye-opening experience to be somewhere where you can light up with strangers and everyone is open minded and it's all legal... it was an amazingly welcome feeling. We spent both nights hanging out in the lounge. Our first night the host Scott (i...
