As double Hyatt Diamonds, my husband and I spend a LOT of time in Hyatt properties. This hotel is one of the worst we have experienced. So bad ... that we called the Hyatt Diamond Line and managed to get moved to the Hyatt House. First, the property is in dire need of an refurbishment from the lobby to the... More

Hotel staff was friendly & accommodating however our hotel room was outdated as this hotel is obviously an older property. The hallway had a very strong cinnamon smell as though someone had sprayed air freshener. The breakfast had quite an assortment and was better than average.

This was a pleasant stay. Great Staff and best location for sight seeing in Colorado Springs. The beds are comfortable, even the sleeper sofa I slept on was surprisingly nice. The breakfast was really bad. So I'd encourage you to eat out at one of the many great restaurants.
