This is my second time staying at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very clean and it had an amazing view. Great location right off of the highway. Would definitely recommend this place.
Front desk person, Katie was amazing. From booking on the phone to taking care of our group at check-in and throughout our 24 hour stay, she was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great property with an easy walk to the river as well as a large grassy area for pet walking. Really like the outdoor patio area right outside of the pool. Our team loved the hot tub and pool!
Nice lodgng option relatively close to Aspen, whre our jpbsite was located. pool and hot tub were cleanand nice. Dry Sauna needs some work, but was warm after lettign it heat up for at least 60 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful.
They were very helpful getting our room. But the cost was far more expensive than I expected Maybe because it’s near skiing?? I will look for other accommodations whenever I visit Carbondale again. Thanks
There were bugs in my room. I found one as I was going to bed, and the next one hopped into my morning tea. The breakfast, which was one of the reasons I chose this place, was sparse and cold. The woman at the front desk stared at me like I had six heads the entire time I was in the lobby.
This is a good place to stay when you want to explore the area. Convenient to Aspen, Maroon Bells, and for us to explore all the places my family lived when they lived in the area. Nice, clean rooms and helpful friendly staff.
A little noisy on the 2nd floor of this hotel. Construction workers got up early each morning so the floors above were very noisy with the creaky floors as they were getting ready for their jobs early in the morning.
The front desk staff were very helpful with my needs. The room was very clean and well appointed. in room sink has a large counter to accommodate 2 people. However, the space allocated to toilet shower was minimal.
Problems from the arrival. They double booked and couldn’t get me in either of them for 40 minutes. The key cards almost never worked. Air conditioner was shotty and the beds were not comfortable. Side door was always unlocked.
