Canon City has several activities to choose from whether seeing the gorge or riding on a train or rafting. The Jewel of the Canyons Bed and Breakfast is a great place stay in between activities. The central location and knowledge of the owners will enhance your stay. We stayed for two nights but could have stayed longer with all Canon...

Beautiful restored Victorian house within easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops on Main St., Arkansas River Trail and the Hogbacks Hiking Trails. Street parking is easy and not an issue. Breakfast is a full breakfast and absolutely fantastic! She changes it daily using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients when possible.

Enjoyed the jewel of the canyon - nicely appointed and loved breakfasts and the rooms. Michelle was super helpful and there are lots of spaces to visit as we met friends there. One tip would be to have access to cold water bottles for the nights as we found it dry.

My husband and I stayed there is weekend for our 5 year anniversary. It was utterly amazing. The best stay in town for sure. So relaxing, comfy and clean. Michelle and Brian were amazing hosts and the snacks and breakfast. Great hospitality. We'll definitely be staying there again. -Brandi and Fabian

We have stayed in inns and B &B all around the world--some 55 countries. This is one of our favorites, having all the pieces that make a great stay. Perfect location with all the charm of a Victorian house with excellent hosts.

Our room and the room of our friends were beautifully decorated and were of good size. The breakfast that Michelle prepared the next morning was wonderful and made for a great way to start the day. We would stay again.

We spent an evening at the Jewel of the Canyons B&B during our Labor Day Road Trip. The home has been beautifully decorated inside and out. The room that we stayed in was large and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at table with several other interesting couples. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and would...

We take a motorcycle trip somewhere every year. We spent the first fist half the trip in Durango, and the second half in Canon City. We ruined a tire on the bike just west of the Gorge and had to be hauled in the last 15 miles! Michele and Brian are true Angels! He gave us a ride here and...

My room was furnished with antiques and the bed was extremely comfortable! The shower was probably the most modern addition. Towels were soft and toiletries were provided. The room had a functioning air conditioner and large closet. Beautiful lighting and large dining room and sitting room! The hospitality was wonderful as well as the food! The outdoor front porch with...

This was our second "Jewel" stay. But first under the new management, which changed four seasons ago. Everything was absolutely enjoyable! The room, the location, the owners! Whether you're looking for a quite weekend getaway or a location near Canon City's outdoor activities the Jewel is a perfect starting point. Only two blocks from Main Street, three from Royal Gorge...
