This was our second stay at Rio Celeste, the first was in December 2011, and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. We decided to visit Rio Celeste again, and we had an amazing experience again. This hotel is a hidden jewel. The only problem that I had was that there was a noticeable drop in...

This place was such a treat for us! we did not imagine it will be so good, only booked one night. The road it not great, you will have to endure about 6 miles of rocky, dirt road on a 4x4 but it will be soooo worth it. You can book a relaxing massage that will be very needed if...

The outside shower is a wonderful touch as well as the whirl pool tub in the bathroom. The restaurant is great and crew is really nice. We stayed for one night on mid December, coming from Liberia airport. Part of the way is on a dirt road, and a 4X4 car is needed (maybe ןit's different when coming from San Jose). The location is amazing and Worth the drive! Beautiful resort. Great rooms (casitas). An outside shower is a nice feature. Beds could be more comfortable....

Amazing!!! We spent 2 nights here and loved our stay! The Rio Celeste park and waterfall are gorgeous, not many travelers make it here but it's well worth the travel! The Rio Celeste Hideaway was the perfect slice of luxury in the rugged rain forest. The grounds are gorgeous, the lobby, restaurant, lounge and of course rooms were all breathtaking!...

The luxurious Rio Celeste Hideaway Hotel is a welcome sight after the long, bumpy ride there. Our room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 5, with glass doors that opened out to the rain forest. We saw 2 baby agoutis nursing from their mother as we stood outside on our deck looking for wildlife. The beds are...

Any fears of what may await you as you are heading up the very tricky road (and in our case in the dark) immediately vanish when the hotel entrance comes into view. From the second you arrive you are welcomed by beautiful surroundings and lovely staff. You genuinely feel like you have traveled to a little piece of paradise. The...
