We visited the Rio Celeste Hideaway Hotel on our third trip to Costa Rica. It was posh, relative to most of the places we have stayed. Each guest room is a separate building with huge bedrooms with a sitting area. The four-poster king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was gigantic and had a jetted tub. There was ample space...

We stayed here for four nights and very much appreciated the amiable staff, lounging facilities, food and beverages at the restaurant which were mostly decently priced (we had and loved the local main dish all nights) and the rooms were spacious and very clean. We also quite enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi area (again excellent service). Though located in the...

This is a gem of a location. The cottages are beautiful, the access to the trails is amazing, staff very friendly and the food in the restaurant really good. We took a chance and I will be back. The access to the resort is difficult but once you get in you will love it.

Rio Celeste hideaway hotel is an amazing hotel for people of every type, from couples to families. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night because due to our airline messing up, we missed a night. The hotel was very forgiving and reassuring to us that we would get our night refund. We arrived at six at night, four...

We didn't have great weather but not he hotels fault:) despite it we enjoyed the food, friendly staff and the pool area for a few hours when we got a break in the clouds. We took a number of excursions to the lowlands to get sunny weather and the hotel helped plan the trips. The traditional chicken dinner was outstanding...

I stayed here for 2 nights in December, 2016 and this place was amazing. The cabins are huge and very clean, the grounds are basically a jungle, the restaurant is good and not overly priced, the pools are very nice, and the walk through the jungle to the river was very scenic. It was great to get away and very...

We had a wonderful time. It was our 15th anniversary and we were upgraded to a premium casita. The staff decorated our room each night with special decor, rose petals and flowers.
