Stayed overnight while traveling back to Illinois. Dirty and stinky outside the rooms. Rooms had strange smell. Dirty towels and no mat in the bath tub so slipped while taking shower and suffered muscle pull. Inconvenient breakfast area.

The phrase "don't judge a book by it's cover".... don't believe it. The pictures look better than what it is... We didn't believe some of the reviews of this place as we were just going to be staying overnight while on our way to Steamboat Springs. We pulled off the interstate and saw the Burlington Inn sign next to the...

Absolutely disgusting! Stained sheets, stained carpet, and loads of bugs in the corner of the room...every corner. I cannot believe they are allowed to post that picture of the very nice looking room. Our room could not have looked more different. Completely misleading. We almost slept in our cars it was that bad.

Absolutely the filthiest, creepiest lodging we've ever had! We seriously almost slept in the vehicle after we saw the room. It stunk, the sheets were unclean, there was barely any water pressure, and the carpet looked like it had been there since 1970.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The door to our room was hard to open and close. The room itself was huge, and it was nice to see a floor without carpeting for a change. Needed a good cleaning, though. Floor was dirty, one bedspread had chocolate or something on it, one pillow case had mildew stains.

I reserved a room through Hotwire because I knew we would be arriving late (traveling to Kansas with my daughter). Arrived about 1:00 AM and obviously woke the guy up. First thing he said was, "We have no rooms," even though the parking lot was almost empty. I told him I had already paid for the room. He said the...

First, we drove up and it looked like something from a bad Detroit neighborhood or downtown Baghdad. The owner, who spoke broken English, was unable to help me but he did stop eating when talking to me. I had to wait for his son who was disheveled and dirty looking--not professional in the least. I said I would like to...

We stayed here because of the TA rating. There are definitely pluses and minuses. The owners were very nice. The room had been remodeled so it was in fairly decent shape. The room layout was awkward as the table and chairs were too close to the TV to watch comfortably and the bed too far away. There were no towels...

We were traveling for a funeral and stopped in here on our way to Wyoming. The front desk was wonderful! Rooms were very large and spacious. They are working on the outside, But when we opened the door it was beautiful! We will stay again when we go to Wyoming.

Parking lot was filled with potholes. Our shower didn't drain so you felt dirty after you showered. There was hair on our towels, in the shower, on our bed and pillowcases, and smelt like wet dog in the bathroom. Bed was nice until we woke up in the middle of the night stuck in the middle of it.

Thank Talia M
