Unfortunately, this was our least favorite hotel on a recent trip throughout Colorado. The best thing about it is the view, which is lovely. Everything else was subpar. We had a large, strange wet spot on the floor of our room, and after asking the front desk about it, we were told that the previous guest's dog had spilled its...

Guest satisfaction is very important to us here at The Lodge & Spa at Breckenridge! No guest should ever stay in a room with a wet spot on the floor and we have made the arrangements to make sure that this will never happen. The Lodge is scheduled for a full remodel of the lodging rooms to start here in...

Going to Breckenridge was a last minute decision and I had to find a hotel fast. Went to Trip Advisor and found the Lodge and Spa had good ratings so, gave them a call. We were happy with the last minute rate and booked a mountain view room. Wow..so glad we did that! We had a balcony and could not...

Stayed the night after a long 14ner. Good location however- don't listen to your gps it was wrong. After we found it we jumped into the outdoor hot tub super nice and a beautiful view. Also had a massage at the spa which was the best I had had in a long time. The breakfast (free) was also very good....

Just about 5 minutes out of town by car, but far enough to be off the beaten path. The breakfast was just fine and the views from the dining room were breathtaking. The staff was helpful and courteous. The only issue I would have is that our room was not made up until later in the afternoon. This was only...

Thank you for taking the time to write a comment on your recent stay. We hope to see you again in the future! Housekeeping does a daily service in the afternoon. The front desk can help arrange a better time that would work for you if needed. Sincerely, Rhonda

The hotel has amazing views on one side and although not really walkable from Breckenridge, it is only a few minutes drive. The free breakfast was nice, although I have had better at an econolodge. The building is nice and rustic although the plasterwork and art really date the place. We booked it because we were bringing dogs and they...

Our room had amazing panoramic views of Breckenridge- big open windows that were great to let the cool mountain breeze in at night. The room itself was great- nice fireplace, big comfortable bed though the bathroom was a little small. The staff was really nice and accommodating. The lobby was great along with the continental breakfast.

We stayed here in the month of December when it was very cold. Our room was nice and warm. I would call the room cosy, we had a corner room with the most amazing views, the bathroom was a little small but OK, we had a little kitchen and sitting area with fireplace. Probably it was a little dated but...

Because hotel's own website was malfunctioning, made last minute reservations for couple of night stop-over through Expedia and was not confident we'd ended up with a decent room. Pleasantly surprised upon arrival to discover a large king room with kitchenette, full bath, and gorgeous views away from noise of town but still convenient to restaurants, etc. No A/C was not...

I attended a wedding here in July and was really impressed. The view from the deck was beautiful. We did not stay here, but it looked like a very nice and I would in the future. The wood details and decoration fit nicely with it. The place is just a few minutes drive from downtown into the mountains.

My wife and I anticipated a quiet weekend at this Breckenridge property, though our experience was similar to the comments posted to tripadvisor on September 17, 2012: • pet friendly hotel with spa amenities [we took our dog] • wedding was . . . so loud it kept us up until well past 1 am [each of our two-night stay]...
