We don't spend a lot of time in our room so we selected this hotel based on location and reviews. This was exactly what we needed. The inn is located between the action on Pearl Street and CU. We parked our car upon arrival and never used it while in Boulder, as we walked everywhere. The rooms are small but...

Nice size room, clean. Decent coffee in the morning. Some fresh choices at breakfast would be nice. When we checked in the front. Desk gal was friendly and got the job done quickly. Even with the room facing the street it wasn't that loud.

The University Inn was perfect for my daughter and me to visit the campus and tour Pearl St. We parked our car and walked everywhere. The room was comfortable and clean. The outside of the hotel could use some TLC, but the location and inside were just right for our trip.

Very friendly workers. Located in a prime spot for walking and the things around there. Very quiet for the busy road and college. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again if I came back to visit. Very pretty view of the mountains surrounding the town.

We booked this hotel off a recommendation from a friend and are so glad we did! Perfect location to Pearl Street, breweries, restaurants, and hiking. Rooms are very clean and updated, and the bathrooms are very spacious.

Great location, great price and clean, modern rooms! Really nice staff that we're very accommodating. I really liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave. If you want a healthy meal Alfalfas grocery store is right across the street.

Simple, older, but well maintained motel next to CU campus. Great location, comfortable beds. Clean and roomy. Breakfast available. Walking distance of Pearl street and the north side of CU. Very Quiet considering how close it is to Broadway.

This is a really great value hotel for the price you are paying. The room was clean and the heater worked well (which was important for us given the snow outside). The customer service at check-in as well as breakfast was very good. Close to many places to eat. All around great deal.

“Choose rooms on 2nd floor, far away from the street side. Get rooms away from stairs too; can get noisy when people go up/down.”
  • Nice modern touch to the room!
  • Shower stall, roomy and very clean.
  • Roomy, comfortable bed, but the LED or fluorescent bulbs are a bit harsh and not warm.
