Between our family and our friends we had 2 x 3 bedroom condo's for a week. Beaver Creek would have to be my favourite skiing slopes but I would never stay at The Pines again. The 2 supposedly "same" 3 bedroom apartments were vastly different. Ours was gloomy, old, and had many maintenance issues, some of which could be fixed...

It seems that the mark of a truly well run property is not the absence of difficulties but the speed and efficiency with which the inevitable problems are resolved. Broken (or inoperative) appliances were taken care of immediately; shuttle transportation delays were minimal (owing to the diligent efforts of the desk staff). The maintenance staff was even able to reduce...

This place is great! The room rate is very reasonable for a ski-in ski-out place, and the accommodations are first class! The restaurant is decent (reasonably good but not fantastic), and if you want to go out, you are walking distance to Beaver Creek Village. Perfect! In the morning, starting at 7:00 am, every floor has a hot beverage setup,...

This was our first stay at the Pines Lodge and I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very large. There was a pull out couch which surprisingly was comfortable. We were able to ski in/out right from the hotel to the Strawberry lift. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was with the concierge. We tried to book the...

Our stay at the Pines Lodge was fantastic. We stayed for four nights, and loved every minute of it. I'll start with the location. The Pines Lodge, while not in the village, was still very convenient. Everything in the village was a short shuttle ride or walk away. Right out of the back of the hotel is a short skiway...

This was my first time staying at The Pines Lodge and I will definitely be back. I've previously stayed at The Park Hyatt and The Osprey (another Rock Resort Property) during a number of visits to Beaver Creek, which were both excellent hotels in their own right. The Pines Lodge is very cozy and the staff is extremely attentive. The...

What a lovely ski-in, ski-out location on the Beaver Creek Mountain. The hotel is lovely, amenities like coffee, hot chocolate and warm cookies are a wonderful addition to a long day out skiing. The guest services are top-notch and the rooms are equipped with everything you need for a family ski trip like boot warmers, extra hooks and cubbies for...

Everything was impeccable during our 10 day stay at the Pines. Friendly and helpful staff; large, well-equipped, handsome/comfortable room; great restaurant and room service; and the shuttle that runs every ten minutes to the village. Would highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

My family of four (2 adults, one child age 12, one child age 10) stayed at The Pines Lodge for three nights. The superior room fit a rollaway and we had two queen beds. There was one sitting chair and a table that had two chairs. I felt like there was enough room for the four of us with plenty...

Had the opportunity to spend a week at the Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek during the Birds of Prey FIS Ski Races. The hotel had an excellent staff, conveniently located in the village, and EZ access to the ski lifts. Early in the process I was contacted by the Lead Concierge, Jennifer Pope. She proved to be most helpful throughout...
