We were so pleased with The Charter from the moment we pulled up. We were greeted immediately and our bags were brought up quickly. The 2-bedroom unit was gorgeous and well-appointed with a beautiful view of the mountain. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool (a little cold) and the game room. It was convenient that there was a rental store...

We have stayed at The Charter several times over the years, when traveling with kids to ski. Their 2 bedroom condos are very well decorated and appointed so that we all have our own space. Plus, the Charter has a spa, restaurant, breakfast buffet, ski valet, and game room to keep the kids entertained. The concierge helped make dinner reservations...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Charter! Our unit was well appointed, spacious and clean. We didn't want to leave the unit at night with the wood burning fireplace! Enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs and restaurant / bar for dinner. Ski in / out included alot of steps and walking from our suite, so we took the shuttle the...

The location was perfect. Easy ski in-out. It was great being able to stop back for lunch or to take a quick break. The condo we had was very upscale and exceeded our expectations. We booked it again for next year!

Stayed for spring break- close to the lifts - not ski in/ ski out like I thought. But a quick shuttle to the lift. Great service- breakfast Buffett is good and quick for the am. On the expensive side for breakfast but the food was all good.

The Charter is well located in Beaver Creek. The staff is very friendly and will help with anything. I have stayed here many times and always been satisfied. It is quite close to the village an is ski in ski out.

We had a wonderful time , the staff were great , and the condo was FABULOUS. The " ski-in ski-out " is somewhat exaggerated , as you have to negotiate at least two dozen stairs from the outside ski rack carrying your stuff before you can actually ski...then at least another dozen steps to the nearest elevator , and depending...

Older property with great staff, nice accommodations, excellent location. We got a great price as compared to the other properties which were more than double the price. We had a wonderful experience and will stay there again. They don't charge for parking (even valet) or charge a resort fee.

We went to the Charter for a long weekend with friends. When we arrived, John checked us in and was so personable. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our visit. We stayed in 3440 a two bedroom, recently renovated condo with a pull out bed. Everything was wonderful. The beds were...

Slope-side accommodations in BC are crazy expensive, so we decided to give The Charter a try when we found a great price. The separate buildings are a bit odd, the furnishings are a bit dated in the hotel rooms (we didnt see the condos), the location is a 7 minute walk from the center of the village. But I'm giving...
