The outside of the inn is very cute, and the innkeeper was nice enough. The room was tacky, and the afternoon wine and snack was a joke. Spend an extra 60 bucks and stay at the villagio down the street. The room hasn't been maintained and had a horrible title, paint combo. Ugly, ugly, ugly. I made the mistake of...

This was our first stay at the Lavender Inn, but hopefully not our last. Everything about it was great. The breakfast each morning was very good. Our room was roomy, and we so enjoyed having a fireplace. The grounds and buildings were well-maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We couldn't have had a better location and enjoyed walking...

No, the name does not signify any political stance. This beautiful little storybook Inn is surrounded by blooming Lavender. It is in a residential area, although it is an easy walk to everything Yountville has to offer. The place is cozy and romantic if you chooe to just hang in the room and chill. There are a gaggle of great...

Lavender Inn is a fabulous place to stay. It's in a beautifully quiet residential area , surrounded by other lovely historic houses with pretty gardens , but is easy walking distance to all the great restaurants and coffee shops in Yountville. We stayed in the main house , upstairs in room #8, where we had the whole top level. You...

One block behind French Laundry, within walking distance to many of Yountville's most popular destinations. Really cute, nice, inviting rooms. Wi-Fi is spotty at best, but hopefully you're not there for the Wi-Fi. The water pressure in the shower was just ok too. The breakfast had a nice variety - oatmeal, toast, eggs, bread - wasn't like other B&B's we've...

We had a lovely stay at Lavendar. We have stayed at Maison Fleurie, their sister property several times, and were excited to try Lavendar. The property is nice, and quiet located a 3 minute walk to the French Laundry, 5 minutes to Bouchon, and 7 minutes to ad hoc...if we're mapping it out by Thomas Keller restaurants. What I'm tyring...

Comfortable and elegant. All the creature comforts of home and more. Want a snack or soda? No problem, just ask and they will get it for you for no charge. Breakfast is above and beyond the ordinary. Eggs, potatoes, and fresh pastries daily. Staff is hospitable. Small property so great for a quiet getaway or just hanging out on the...

The place has the 'Grandma's House' kind of warmth. Very cute, friendly staff and good location. We were there a few hours before the check-in time, but luckily the room was ready. Cookies, Teas are available in a lobby area...nice touch.

Booked a last minute New Year's Eve getaway at Lavender Inn. We arrived early to pick up some 2 for 1 wine tasting passes (they have several and well worth it as most tastings in Yountville are $25/person and up), and we were told we could check in early. Very nice! Room #3 spacious with a fireplace and large bathroom....

Very close to all major Yountvile attractions (Marketplace, Bouchon, etc.) but nice and quiet as it is a few blocks away. Room was nice and large; clean but somewhat aged. Evening wine and cheese is a nice to have but not a must considering the level of wine served here. Breakfast was okay but selection kind of limited. Overall the...
