The room was clean and the shower was great after camping for a week but the old woman at the front desk needs to learn how to smile but the young lady in the morning made up for that as she was the best

the motel is quite dated with a dreary Victorian theme. the girl who checked us in was friendly and helpful but we did not find the other staff we came across that way. we paid a little extra for a room with a hot tub which was great. the outside pool is quite cold. The breakfast was basic with cereals...

Most of the time when traveling i've found that if I talk to the front desk and tell them what I could rent a room for using a website, the hotel will match or beat the price. NOT this time. NICE place to stay. very clean. BUT go ahead and book it online to get a better price. I paid...

We stayed here one night on a drive from the east to the coast. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds. There was nothing special about the hotel though it seems to be aging, but there was also nothing seriously awry with it as well. The place was quiet at night. The front desk was friendly. The continental breakfast...

Rolled into town at 12:30 in the morning looking to spend a short night before continuing my trip to the coast. A basic room cost me $90 cash, with no discounts offered for AAA or anything else. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired...boxed cereal or toast/bagels! Also, the free wifi was out as was the cable TV....

We thought the price was rather high for a standard room but at least it was clean, had a fridge and Microwave. The beds were good and it was quiet after the traffic died down. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy and runs when you turn the light on. Toilet was slow and requires 2 flushes to clear. Drains are...

After staying at a much worse motel in Weaverville, the Victorian seemed nice. Looks like it used to be part of the Best Western chain. The rooms are definitely outdated but seemed clean. The parking lot seemed safer than the other motel we stayed at in Weaverville. They have wifi but it is super slow and a weak connection.

At one time this was a certified Best Western hotel franchise, in the charming Trinity Mountain town of Weaverville, CA. It's about an hour west of Redding on State Highway Route 299. This has NOT been a Best Western property for many years. It's obvious to anyone who travels a lot and stays with the Best Western or any similar...

“IF YOU MUST STAY HERE, Downstairs, west side facing mountains. If you can make it 90 more minutes to the coast, Arcata and Eureka offer a multitude of hotel choices to suit anyone's budget. If heading the other way, Redding too offers some nicer accommodations.”
