Only stayed here for two nights in the spa suite, but could have stayed longer. Room very comfortable and bathroom luxurious. Lobby and entrance very tastefully decorated, and although we didn't use the pool area, it looked clean and relaxing and would have used the hot tub if staying for longer. Good food in the restaurant and breakfast buffet had...

Have stayed at this hotel many times. Very clean, spacious and well maintained. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Only issue is that it is a little walk from hotel to casino front entrance, especially when cold or raining. Beautiful pool, hot tub and cabanas with food service from hotel now available. Will be back soon.

I can't begin to say enough good things about the experience we had at the Black Oak Casino and Hotel. First off, the lobby was exquisitely beautifully decorated. Felt very natural with wood and rock throughout and a welcoming fire in the lobby. Love the Indian theme throughout the hotel complete with baskets and mortars and pestle displays. The hotel...

Our room was on the first floor of a four story building. Warmly greeted for check in which was fast and easy. Bellman took our bags and we met him in the room. Room was spacious, looked out over a creek and green belt. Beds were comfortable, HD TV, wifi was fast and complimentary, two big cookies on arrival with...

I am currently staying at the hotel for a work related purpose. I received a written quote via email from the hotel stating that my stay would be free. I called to verify the accuracy of the free stay and the desk clerk said that sometimes the hotel comps the rooms of guests. I have the email to document my...

As a guest of the hotel on a few occasions I expected a quiet getaway and an opportunity to relax and renew for a couple of days. Unfortunately, I was checked in by a lackluster 'graveyard' employee who was sitting down upon check in. Her greeting was not warm, and the check in procedure was longer than usual as I...

Stayed here on a recent business trip, to visit some rental properties I own. Booked on trip advisor, for about 100 per night. The room was spacious, well decorated and even had a Kurig coffee maker. Two small issues, only a bistro if you want food, otherwise they want you to go to the Casino cafe. Also my room had...

Very nice. Excellence service and large clean room. The bed was most and thr larger than normal room size was great comfortable. Staff were more than helpful and always with a smile. Would stay here again. The only down side is the distance from town. Not much close by. The pool and hot tub area are very nice.

Our room was very nice and had a beautiful, rainy view. The staff was very friendly and informative and the lobby was surprisingly nice. The casino was fun as well! Not quite what we expected, but still fun.
