This was our second time here and it was even better than the first time. The room is cool, the breakfasts included in the room rate, delish. Its in a great location if you want to get to Reno, the I-80, North and South Lake and skiing resorts.

This is an eco friendly and pet friendly hotel with well appointed rooms, plush bed linens, an excellent restaurant on site (Stella) and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Staff was thoughtful, thorough and prompt. When we needed some additional items brought to our rooms and when we asked to have excursions booked,...

My son's "destination" wedding was incredible and the entire experience was flawless! The most beautiful wedding ever! The planning, service, food, venue all PERFECT! Patti and Jeff went over and beyond to ensure our "eco-wedding" was a success. Our guests are still talking about it!

A walk in booking and what a find! A very nice eco-friendly hotel that walks the talk. They have gone to a lot of trouble to build an environmentally conscious hotel that still provides top notch accomodation and service. Terrific bed and all the llinens were first quality. Afternoon snacks and hot breakfast included in the price. The room was...

We stayed here in the summer, for two nights. The room (Queen Designer) was very nice, clean & modern. Strangely there was no wardrobe space but that didn't bother us. Bathroom was very nice and spacious. Balcony was also nice. WiFi connection was good. Reception staff extremely helpful. Breakfast (included) was very good, much better than usual considering it was...

My wife and I stumbled upon this place randomly in October, 2010 and it quickly became one of favorite little getaways from the Reno area. Modern furnishings, excellent staff and a phenomenal restaurant make it a gem. Great spot for a romantic getaway and a base for exploring the Truckee/Tahoe outdoors.

It was a real treat to arrive at this comfortable, v eco-friendly hotel after a long drive. The restaurant served good, quite expensive dinner but the best thing for my children (17 & 15) was the free snacks by the bar served late afternoon. Nice to have breakfast included in the price as most of the hotels we stayed in...

We enjoyed our stay here in this very european designed room. Bathroom shower was odd, but the hotel provides a tutorial on arrival. Breakfast was really nice in neighboring restaurant.

My husband and I recently stayed in Truckee in the Cedar House Sport Hotel and it was wonderful. The fantastic Stefanie Meyers answered all our email queries promptly and was a mine of information while we were staying at the hotel. If you want good comfortable accommodation within walkiing distance of the vibrant fun town of Truckee then this is...
