We just returned from a spectacular wedding weekend at the Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe. As the parents of the bride we were awestruck by the level of service delivered by each and every Ritz Carlton team member we came in contact with. We knew going into the weekend that the wedding coordinator Kacy Studeman and her team were spot on...

Wonderful location and beautiful spot. Will not hesitate to make a return visit! Went here on a business trip but would like to return during the winter months as well. Great lodge type feel with excellent views of the slopes and mountains! Manzanita restuarant is nice

What a wonderful hotel and staff. Not only is the hotel well decorated and beautiful, the staff are amazing. Every staff member you pass will ask if you need anything or help if you're carrying anything. The other amazing staff note is that the staff will ask your name once and then remember it throughout your stay. It really made...

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton with my girlfriend to celebrate our five year anniversary and it was absolutely incredible. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out it was nothing but an amazing experience. The hotel even gave us a plate of macaroons congratulating our anniversary and a personalized letter. The service here was exceptional and...

I had the most amazing visit from the valet who took care of my truck, the incredible check in staff (champagne too wonderful) the quality of my room, the absolutely amazing dinner in Manzanita ( so good I went back the next night and had the same dinner again!), the nicest friendliest staff I have ever seen. The pool by...

Exceptional service - the staff is amazing and everyone provides the best service you will ever get anywhere. The hotel is clean, gorgeous and safe. The view is breathtaking. The food is absolutely delicious. It's amazing how they reproduce the cabin feeling in each room yet kept it luxurious and upscale. There is so much to do. Check out the...

The staff in particular made our stay special. Everyone truly seemed interested in our happiness and well being, from the bellman to the chef who cooked a 6 course gourmet meal for my 70th birthday. I highly recommend the chef table experience. And the s'mores aren't just for kids! Who knew how much fun that 5 o'clock event is. Beautiful...

We were the parents of the bride. Super frustrating. Our coffee maker was rusty. The wedding coordinator was showing other potential clients the banquet hall while we were setting up for our daughter's wedding. The valets were great. Manzanita was great. The concierge was helpful and courteous.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure to celebrate our recent engagement at this world-class hotel/resort this past week and found it to be absolutely incredible across the board. Before we arrived, we knew it was going to be very nice and have Ritz-Carlton level (impeccable) service. Yet immediately upon arrival, every aspect of our hopes and expectations were far...
