This is the best hotel experience I've ever had! Every member of the Ritz staff went above and beyond to surpass our every need. It was very kid friendly with many activities for them and I was able to relax and enjoy. Absolutely perfect for a family ski vacation. We'll be back!

Fantastic spring break spent at the Ritz. Will definitely return. Cannot recommend enough for families traveling with children. We loved all of the staff. The club level is worth the extra money. Truly a ski in and ski out property north star shutters. Five stars all the way.

I've been traveling to California frequently over the last month so stayed in Tahoe for two weekends in March - once in South Lake and once in North Lake for variety. Loved the Ritz. Charming and spacious. Lots of nooks and crannies in the lobby areas that feel cozy and intimate despite that it's actually a very large open area....

Gorgeous location combined with phenomenal ski conditions = Priceless! Enjoyed the great hotel facilities and attention received by the staff. Common area louder than traditional Ritz due to family setting. Opportunity exist in food/restaurant access and options.

This was our second stay at the Tahoe Ritz. The club is well worth it with kids. We used the club for most meals, snacks, drinks and made good friends along the way. Concierge in the club were attentive and excellent with every request! Looking forward to our next visit!

We splurged on a club level room and it exceeded expectations in every way. The food was varied, exceptionally good and the open bar was ideal. The staff was consistently excellent, walking the line between super helpful and patronizing with elan. We got great ski recommendations and they supported our excursions to other ski areas with aplomb and efficiency. All...

The Ritz still does it right. Firstly, the roaring fireplaces, lounge areas (including club lounge) all make for very nice apres ski. The rooms are well appointed and have fireplaces as well. The resort is ski -in , ski-out with smores and other slope-side dining options. However, TrueNorth and ski concierge service levels have dropped quite a bit. They are...
