The Trinidad Inn is an old-school motel set among redwoods. It is clean, beds are comfortable, towels are plentiful and fluffy, and the motel provides for basic needs of travelers wanting to stay close to woods and sea. Our room was actually a 2-story unit set up for a family with 3 queen beds in one large second story room....

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Trinidad Inn. It is an older roadside inn, so you won't find it fancy, but will you find a clean room, a gracious host, easy access to some trails down to the beach at the back of the property, full kitchen, spacious bathroom, and easy access to great shops and restaurants in the...

Passing through Trinidad with my boyfriend and dog..needed a place to stay that was pet friendly.. Trinidad Inn was recommended by another hotel I looked into..Trinidad Inn was so cute and quaint..with a nice backyard of Redwoods.. I would highly recommend it to stay and look forward coming up again during the summer..

We enjoyed this spot so much, we decided to stay a third night. It is situated walking distance to town, beaches, 5 miles from Patrick Point State Park, lagoons, and Redwood State and National Parks. It's a beautiful area of old time Califonia. We were on a road trip along the coast from Washington to Santa Cruz. JoAnne the manager...

Beautiful area and great recommendation for dinner. The room was COLD and took long to warm up. Also, a strong old motel smell. Too bad. Recommended by the local top recommended the Trinidad inn because of no vacancy.

Jo Anne, the manager, was great she gave us the best tips on restaurants and sites to see and I...

This is a lovely inn nestled in the redwoods. We had the two bedroom suite, number 8. The feel is 1950's from the cabinets, doors, etc. The innkeeper, JoAnn, is very helpful and accommodating. She gave us instructions on how to identify agates and where to go which really paid off when we scoured the beach and found quite a...

We were impressed with the room and setting of the Trinidad Inn. The kitchenette was a plus along with the beautiful redwoods outside. Everything was very clean and I loved the decor outside as well. Last but not least, the management was helpful & friendly.

Trinidad Inn had everything I personally value: Beds very clean and very comfortable, pillows exceptionally comfortable, bathroom and kitchen just right, very quiet, darkened by curtains so we could sleep in, excellent assistance from the manager, good continental breakfast served in the gazebo...really just great. Thank you!

Clean, quiet, charming. The king bed was very comforrtable. We appreciated the full kitchen and the friendly owner who made us feel welcome. We are so glad we drove a few miles north of Astoria to charming Trinidad.
