Stayed for a business meeting. Lovely hotel, warm and comfy and great location as to where I was meeting. Unfortunately I did not dine here, so cannot report on the food and service, except for the free coffee in the lobby!

I was really looking forward to this trip, but bad food, bad service, and zero soundproofing in the walls added up to a less than satisfactory experience. Three stars is generous, I'm trying to be polite.

Really enjoyed this Lodge. Great location. Friendly staff. We were there with our VW bus for the Tiburon Christmas Tree lightening event. The lodge was very accommodating and allowed us to leave the VW bus in the front under cover to avoid getting rained on. Thanks

I spent one night at hotel, alone.. had a trail race in the morning at China Camp. Hotel is lovely and very safe to stay alone. Dinner was great, and the bed is amazing.. I didn't want to get up. Lots of little shops and stores within walking distance.

This hotel is in a great location, gorgeous views, great for work and the customer service by Katherine at the front desk was top of the line. I would recommend this hotel to business and personal travelers. Parking on premises is simple and free. Right next to food and drinks. G

Hi Jennifer, I have to agree with you about your stay at the Tiburon Lodge, I went for a weekend getaway and was very disappointed with what I experienced. They double billed me, when wanting food delivered to my room I called the restaurant they don't answer (ever, or return your calls,) I went down one evening to eat at the bar, the bartender was rude, they totally ignored me and were placing football bets right in front of me and other guest. They acted like I was inconveniencing them. I complained to the restaurant manager she was apologetic, gave me a free desert and another drink delivered to my room. When I returned home I had asked a restaurant manager back where I lived about what I had experienced, he agreed that the bartender should have been fired for the way he treated me. Also there was a guest staying in a room above me and they were very loud, woke me up twice around 3:00 in the morning, sounded like a bomb went off in the room. The town itself is quiet but the hotel and restaurant itself, well all I have to say is don't wast your time and money on this place. The only way I would go back there is to give that bartender a piece of my mind and punch him in the nose.
Hi I had stayed there twice at Lodge at Tiburon, and found waiters not friendly, food overpriced. Did you find the staff to be friendly.
We found the restaurant food service to be so so. They could have been a bit friendlier, but there are several good restaurants in walking distance from the lodge I would recommend using them and only use the lodge for the free breakfast if included. We found the hotel service to be good.

Is San Francisco airport far away ? does the Lodge hotel tiburon have an airport shuttle or what is the best way to get to hotel from airport and what are approx taxi costs or shuttle costs ? thank you
We had a car, took us an hour to get to airport when leaving, mainly due to traffic in the city which you have to go through (without taking a long round trip). No idea if hotel can assist with transport but they are very friendly so i'd suggest contacting them. Alternative would be Bart to near the Ferry Building then ferry to Tiburon, 5 mins walk to hotel. Assuming not lots of luggage of course.

We have stayed here before, but this time we need to know if there are any laundry facilities as we will be travelling light?
There are washers and dryers available for self-serve guest use. Cost is $1.25 in quarters (might be $1.50 or higher by now) for a wash or dry load. Laundry soap is available in individual boxes in a vending machine, not sure of cost. Stock up on quarters or buy a roll of quarters ($10) when you get in country! Enjoy!
