This little place is way off the beaten path, as is all of Tecopa. The hot springs are the attraction here. Because it is so out of the way you might expect a sub par room. Not so. The room was standard motel fare. Normal size, clean and everything worked. The big caveat is that

No TV, no wifi, no cell service, no worries. Comfortable, clean room. Clean, relaxing private hot spring soak. Parking at our door. Cozy chair for early morning sunrise outside our window. We had a good stay, good shower, good bed, good start to our vacation. Made welcome upon ar

I reserved a "cabin" because I wanted a kitchen and thought a cabin would be quieter than a motel room. However, when we arrived, the cabin is half of a side-by-side duplex, there were some young 'uns partying next door (their weed smoke was wafting through the vents) and the sto

I had high hopes for Tecopa Hot Springs Resort when I booked. Highlights were definiely having a wonderful private mineral bathhouse across from our room. It was immaculately clean and oh so soothing. The labrinth at the end of the RV park is worth the walk if you are at all spir

With the option of a Hotel or camping this is a great choice. Lower prices than others in town with the same amenities. I've done the Hotel here and camped in my trailer. The private hot Springs are awesome and a great way to relax. The weekend offers live music and the local res

Are toilets available for Tent Camping or Sleeping in a van?
Yes, toilets are in the shower/hot tub building. They are well maintained. The rest of the camping area is depressing. The county campground is a nicer place to be.

This seems overpriced to me . Where are the outside springs down the road? Do they charge ?
There are mud springs just north of the town. Park next to the road and visit them. They are nice to sit in. They do close late night and you could potentially be ticketing for camping there. The dirt road behind Delights also has a spring that you can park next to and camp for free with zero amenities. It is not maintained regularly and locals have given it bad names as many couples use it for s*x and since it has minimal water flow; well use it if you want to.
