We couldn't have been more delighted with our accommodations or our hosts. This is a gem that is worth a side-trip if you're anywhere near. We only stayed one night on our way from Bend to Lake Tahoe, but would have been happy here for several nights. Thank you, Richard and Charmy, for helping to make our vacation wonderful!

Only a couple of blocks off of the main street, the location is quiet but easy to access - a short walk to the restaurant we wanted to visit. The hosts anticipated our needs, and offered more than we expected. The breakfast was great, too!

We loved our stay at Roseberry House B&B. Richard and Charmy are wonderful hosts and provide an amazing breakfast. The house itself is charming, comfortable, spacious and very clean. We would definitely return again!

Richard and Charmy were excellent hosts in their lovely home. Beautiful room in quiet surroundings topped off with a super breakfast. Homemade cookies and muffins as treats. Easy parking off street. I'll be back whenever I'm in town!

What a charmer of a place near the top of the town. Great hosts make for a wonderful stay and the price includes a fabulous breakfast and tops any place in the area. My only regret, I wish I had more time to stay here and enjoy the room, the hosts and their food!

A pleasant stay in Susanville on a two week motorcycle trip to Yosemite. The Roseberry house is a well maintained classic B&B within walking distance to the center of town. The owners are a delightful couple who treated us like family and prepared a fabulous breakfast that was by far the best of our trip. The rooms are well appointed,...

What a wonderful experience! The property is lovely and very nicely done, but doesn't compare with the quality of the hosts, Richard and Charmy. They were so friendly and accommodating, and it made stay there even better. The breakfast was fantastic, and Richard offered to drive us to pick up our car after we cycled the Biz Johnson Trail, a...

Richard and Charmy, want to thank you both again for the wonderful visit. Everything was perfect, Richard we volunteer to be your stuffed French Toast testers anytime. (Have you tried the Mead yet?) Only wish we lived closer so we could spend more time with you both. You make Roseberry house, a home away from home for tired travelers. Anyone...

They have several very comfortable rooms. Their breakfast is beyond the call of duty. Location is a great over night stop for me on my way from Oregon to Yosemite. I ordered pizza to be delivered to my room which worked out great. Yummy cookies always at the front door!

My wife and I were returning from Spokane to our Sacramento home and made it a point to visit Susanville. For years the good folks of this historical town held an annual Susan Festival, where Susans from all over would attend. My wife is a Susan, and I had promised her that sometime we would go there. Several friends had...

“All rooms are up a traditional long and narrow staircase -- I stayed in the Regency Room (middle of upstairs) and the Brittany Room (a more masculine feel, street side). I slept well in both of them. I am pretty sure I would love the others too.. but of these two.. I prefer the Regency Room...”
