I would recommend this hotel for business, not for a family vacation stay. The staff was helpful and courteous during my stay. The rooms were clean and the food was good, especially preferred the buffet breakfast. I would stay here again.

Great hotel. Staff just needs to be more welcoming and offer information about hotel and area. Check out staff was great, made a great restaurant recommendation. Beds were very comfortable. Nice size rooms.

We arrived at the airport after midnight and called the hotel for the shuttle, and were told that the shuttle had stopped running at 11:30, and we needed to take a cab. We had specifically called the hotel a few days prior to make sure that the shuttle would pick us up, so needless to say the hotel needs to...

The hotel was nice,but the internet was not accessible on our second night midnight until we checked out at 11am. We were very disappointed. But the breakfast was great and we enjoyed it. Our room was on the first floor across housekeeping and they are kinda loud that we hear them inside the room.

The room was very comfortable and I had no issues with the front desk staff or housekeeping. I chose this hotel for the close proximity to the San Francisco airport for an early departure as well as to San Francisco itself. This hotel was amazing! Best location, quiet, amazing customer service, the bed and pillows were beyond words! I just loved it so much!!! I will definitely stay at a Hilton hotel again! My boyfriend and I loved it!

Decided on this hotel because I was going to be arriving very late in the evening, and departing early in the morning a few days later.
