We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Quail Hollow One. This place should have a higher rating, but I think a lot of people go there expecting something different. Quail Hollow One is an apartment complex, not a vacation resort or even a hotel. The fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment was just the right size for our 3 night stay... More

I stayed with my boyfriend at one of the apartments for 3 nights after travelling in California for a week and staying at hotels. We wanted to be able to prepare our own meals, so we looked for places with a kitchen. There was absolutely no place with kitchen for hundreds of miles around, so we decided to try Quail... More

Quail hollow is about the only "suite" style offering in town, at least for extended stay. But it's closer to (and actually is) an apartment stay. Okay, not bad, not great. Basic 2 rom (living room/dining/kitchen, bedroom and bath. Basic, inexpensive furnishings. Kitchen has most of what you need - microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishwater, etc. They do cleaning, linens,... More

The low price ($85) for a one bedroom apartment is just not worth the hassle, unprofessional-ism and filth of this place. I tried HARD to like it. I wanted to like it. Born and raised in Sonora I know there are not many places to stay that offer much more room than a standard hotel room. Traveling with a child,... More

I was in Sonora for a four-day, three-night conference. The other person on the trip and I shared a two-bedroom, single bath apt. We were concerned by the rough look of some of the apt. complex tenants, that there was not place for us to park (one of the regular tenants was always parked in the assigned place for the... More

This is an apt complex that rents out units for short and long term travelers, but looks mostly like it servers as apt. complex. Two story units, located in eastern Sonora business area. location was fine for us, but if you want to walk to dinner on the main strip, it is too far. pretty foothill area. arrived late, called,... Booked a 1BR apt over the internet. The booking allowed me to specify 3 people staying in the room. The hotel called me before I arrive to confirm and I told them it was going to be 3 people staying in the room. When I arrived, they immediatelly hit me up for $55 more since the 1BR only sleeps 2... I stayed in a one bedroom unit, and my daughter and son-in-law stayed in another one bedroom. Each unit was clean and pleasantly furnished - except for the bed. All of us felt the bed springs, and agreed the beds were very uncomfortable. Neither my daughter nor I slept much, as we both awoke every time we turned over. My... More
