I wrote a review yesterday it posted with 1 star it should have been all stars ⭐️ we stayed june 13 to 17 of 2023 and had the best time ever the staff was awesome and hotel was clean and super accommodating and the location is the best!!! The review was titled fun in the Sun!!! It was a birthday party and family reunion and Father’s Day celebration and we were supper glad we stayed at the best western it’s always the best!!!!

This is a perfect location for wine-tasting in Sonoma. We would book here again on our next trip back. We had a King size room which was very spacious. Breakfast was very filling, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The room was comfortable, well laid out, and tidy. The staff were warm and welcoming even when I asked for directions . The fire place even had a log ready with matches on the mantel. If I'm ever able to return, I would definitely stay here.

Loved the location right off the square, pool was nice, patio area near pool was great in evening and coffee in the AM. Walkable to all of downtown, the square, restaurants, the Old Mission, Tuesday was farmers market and music in the plaza.

Short walking distance to historic square, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Great room size, pool, hot breakfast, Internet. Eating breakfast outside in the tranquility garden was really nice. Offered everything we needed.

Room was dark, dingy and the carpet was horribly stained and dirty. I am pretty sure there was black mold in the bathroom sink as well. One tiny window was all there was for natural light. They should be ashamed for renting this room out let alone charging the price we paid of over $750 for a 2 night stay. Rest assured that does include the $5 daily fee for parking. The breakfast included over preserved muffins and frost bitten breakfast sandwiches that you microwave. In addition it is obvious by the lack of eye contact, smiles and any greetings that the staff is just about as happy to be there as you are. Don’t waste your money here, find any other option.

Nice hotel. Very comfortable, large room with lots of space. Very clean. Needed a little tlc on the flooring and the shower curtain. There should be a blanket in the closet for the hide a bed. Breakfast was a simple continental style breakfast. Nothing fancy and started at 7- a little late for us. And didn't realize we would have to pay an extra $5 for parking.

We were traveling in the Sonoma area to visit some wineries, that are close to the City of Sonoma. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We find it within 20 minutes of the wineries that are close to this city, and the downtown location means we can walk to all dining locations while we are staying at the hotel.
