We stayed here for one night. It is not far away from Cannery road with all the attractions and the ocean but you still have to drive. It is an old motel required some renovations. Rooms were clean. The pool looks clean but we didn't swim. Some of the rooms were under remodeling. The receptionist was friendly. It is ok...

Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay and found the hotel to be clean and our staff to be friendly. We do have an older building and we are sorry that it does not seem to be to your taste. We do work hard to keep it well maintained and to a good standard...

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms are okay but its the service I received from the guy at the front desk. They are very very inconvenient they do not have sympathy for anyone. I understand the rooms are remodeled but just on the fact that it's in Seaside and the area is not so nice and...

Dear Leslie, thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We are disappointed to read your review of our hotel. It is unlike our staff to be inattentive or unsympathetic, and I am so sorry that was the case. I will be sure to bring this up with them so it doesn't happen again. We appreciate all of your feedback....

Don't stay here !! I had seen some reviews that lead me to believe that this hotel would be adequate for our short stay in the Monterey area. Obviously, they were written a long time ago. The one good thing that I can say is that it was clean - BUT - the phone did not work, the hair dryer...

I recently visited this place for one night from Europe. I am so amazed that this place is even open for business. Black mold contaminates throughout room 104. Feral cats, garbage, blood stains, dust, broken doors are everywhere! The elevator broke down and trapped me for 15 minutes! PLEASE DO NOT BRING children to this rat trap.....It worse than I...

Needed to book a room last minute and found this motel. Making the initial reservation was a bit of a challenge on the phone. Got to the hotel and found they had a desk clerk working from another site. He was nice and efficient. Plenty of parking. Looked to use pool but it is not as nice as the photo....

Left our room for the day (which was dated and dark) to come back and find that money had been stolen, as well as 3 perfumes which were bought as holiday gifts for friends. The room had been cleaned that day, which leaves just one option as to who had stolen from my family. Ruined our holiday. Vile place. Police...

Stayed there one night with my family. The room was big and three persons had ok space. Parking facilities was good. Wifi included in some roms, our room was well covered. Breakfast was simple choices, but ok. The stay was ok, but within this price range i had expected more.

It is clean and not fancy. Quite old rooms and building but for a few days is ok. Breakfast is just bread and bagel. Do not expect coffee at the breakfast room but they offer it in the office. The location is pretty good. Easy access to Monterey downtown and good food nearby.

Thank Plucani
