This is a lovely little hotel with a perfect position right down by the water in Sausalito. The rooms are small but nice and breakfast is in a nearby cafe, with vouchers for some basic food. The location is excellent, right next to the ferry into SFO and in the shopping area. We hired tandems locally and rode across the...

The hotel is a refreshed older hotel. Despite the older amenities it was very comfortable, great bed and a fantastic location! The breakfast consists of a pastry and coffee/tea at the shop next door, nothing more but they will give you a credit towards something more substantial. The pastries were quite good! No need to worry that the hotel does...

Have stayed 4 times and it is such a sweet nice place you can see the fountain on the street and the sounds of the ferry leaving , nice view to the street and a cafe downstairs to eat yummy desserts. like being in a small place in paris or italy.

We stayed at the Hotel Sausalito for one night...thankfully. The room we were given had a view of an alley. My partner and I (two 6 ft tall & 180 lb men) shared a shoebox of a room. Literally, the bed took up 95% of the room. We both could not maneuver around the room at the same time. The...

This is a great spot for a couple to check in for a couple of days. The rooms are very tiny with standing room only around the bed. This is not a place for a couple with a child or baby to check in. We stayed one night and left the next although we would return back to it without...

Small but well-kept accommodation. Very quiet and quaint. Perfect location and in walking distance to everything. Good value. Room had wifi and a small TV (not able to get the TV working). There was no writing desk. However, the bath amenities were very nice. A comfortable bed and a partial view of the bay. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Sausalito is an adorable hotel in the perfect location. Rooms are a bit smaller than your typical hotel chain, but they are furnished with unique pieces that make you feel like you could be in your own bedroom. Bathrooms are spacious and have a big walk-in glass shower. Ours had a pedestal sink, so not much countertop room. There...

We stayed for 3 nights. When we arrived in late evening, my hubby had to walk up the stairs to find the desk attendant. Felt quite odd. Nicely upgraded to a King and thank goodness because it was still a small room! No place for suitcases! (We had 3, as this was a 10 day trip.) They provide one rack...

The view was decent with a nice view of the bay and a nice breeze with the windows open all night. The room is small but the shower was large and excellent. The room is not so small that it is a no go. We would easily book again. The TV is very small and inside a cabinet on the...

The location is the best thing going for this hotel. The rooms are quite small, as is the bathroom. It has a very European feel. Guests are given a breakfast coupon good for a pastry and coffee at the cafe next door. The hotel is in the heart of Sausalito, right next to the ferry to San Francisco. Loads of...
