Stayed at the hotel many times over the past years. Always happy with the location and value. Currently, it has fallen into disrepair and is filthy. The front desk person was unprofessional and not helpful.

Stayed there for a few days with my mother, who was having surgery in Santa Rosa. Room was large, looked good, and was clean. Lots of amenities. I liked the sliding door between the bathroom and the rest of the room. Beds were comfortable. Their onsite restaurant has great breakfasts. There was a speaker system in each room connected to an intercom at the front desk. I assume it was for alerting guests of danger. Never seen that in anyplace I have ever stayed. Did not use the pool but it looked clean. The "hillside" behind the Inn was beautiful--we drove up it one evening. We did not find the traffic as noisy as some have stated. A good value price-wise too. My only complaint were some of the other guests. They littered on the property (staff should have cleaned up the property more often). Someone was stomping around on the upper walkway at night a couple of times (we were on the bottom). One night, there was a party on the top floor near us. One group of guests would walk past our room at night talking loudly among themselves. The worst was one night when a man on a cell was having a loud animated conversation in the back parking lot, which was near our room. The jerk went on and on for over an hour!

The management changed and the prices are slightly higher, the room price is now not comparable to places like e downtown, which is cheaper and much nicer. The new front desk people are great, i just dont feel the price is right in this current market.

The hotel is very close to everything and is great if you can sleep anywhere. We unluckily are not those people and everyone had a bad night. The rooms are spacious and we felt safe but the heater turned on and off throughout the night plus the two roads stay busy throughout the night.

We use this place for our business guests. The Inn is fairly quite despite the fact that it is on a major thoroughfare. Pool is a welcome site after a long hard day of work. Close walk to eating is a plus. This is not the first time we have used this Inn. It is conveniently located and our guests like the place. Only issue is you can't book online. And each time I have had to deal with the man at the desk he has been a bit brisk for being in the service industry. And trying to book through our company card requires your 'first born' over the phone. Each time we have called in advance to reserve a room, they can never seem to find the information when our guest shows up. Needless to say this is a hassle and after 3 years of booking at this place, one would think the service to book a room would improve. Hope you do not have the same issues.
