This hotel was a pleasant stay- clean room, great beds, cute courtyard, walked to dinner, parking and breakfast included! Know going in that parking may be tight, it’s not close to the beach, there are no elevators- we were ok with that and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Its been a while since I have stayed at this location as I usually stayed at another place closer to Hollywood. This location has remained impeccable. Daniela was very nice at check in and appreciate the free souvenirs they offer.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Everything worked in the room, the free parking was a huge benefit. Great staff, good continental breakfast. Location in Santa Monica was perfect. We slept well on a mattress that was excellent.

Nice, and clean hotel. Nice parking areas. Courtyard area for some rooms is a nice area to sit in. Kitchenettes are available. Just right for our needs. Close to the beach, to downtown and close to any shopping. Trader Joe's is right next door.

The hotel was close to where I was working and for the area it reasonably priced. The parking was tight but the room was very nice and large. The cleaning every day was nice to have like before Covid. The breakfast was a little short of my expectations with no scrambled eggs and breakfast meat.

I always stay here when in LA-- can't say enough about the kind, helpful staff and the extremely clean, lovely rooms. I highly and regularly recommend this property to others! Close to TJs, freeway access, and although the neighborhood can appear a bit marginal at times, the property feels secure and I love the location.

Quick efficient check-in, polite employees. The king bedroom upper floor courtyard corner room was large and tastefully minimally appointed. Nice to have small refrigerator. Chose hotel located less than 1 Mike from daughter’s apartment, and for 2+ Mile walk to Mile 24 of 2022 LA Marathon to cheer on daughter and other runners.

The overall hotel, the room, and the surroundings are all clean, like new. All facilities (shower, fridge, TV, coffee maker) are functioning well. The room is very clean. It looks like the hotel has been renovated not too long ago. The front staff is very friendly. The only item that needs a bit of improvement is the included breakfast. It really does not have too many varieties....pretty simple and plain breakfast. All in all, for the off-season (mid-March) price that I paid, it's a value hotel.

My wife needed a procedure at UCLA medical center and I think I spent 4 hours looking for a place to stay. After looking at countless places I came across Sure Stay and i'm glad I did. I'll be brief, but I think you will like this place if you don't mind a little noise in an apartment building kind of setting. We stayed in the courtyard and had the room with the kitchenette. You are provided with some basic cooking utensils, plates, silverware, skillet, etc. The rooms are not large, but they have been renovated and everything worked great in the room. The stove, microwave, and refrigerator worked perfectly. There is also a laundry facility in the courtyard area, vending machine, a working ice machine, etc. There are basically three buildings and three parking lots. We never had trouble getting a parking space and it is free! We walked to the restaurants at night on and it was safe. Pico street is busy, but there are crosswalks and cars will stop for you. You are really close to a Trader Joes and other shops. Pico street has it all and the restaurants were good. The continental breakfast had more than I expected and the pancake machine was the coolest thing I've seen in a while. The employees are really nice and will help you with anything you need. They work hard to keep the place clean and it is evident they care about the guests. You will hear people walking to their rooms, but the noise wasn't bad. If you ever lived in an apartment complex this hotel is probably similar. Don't let the negative reviews scare you because I read them all also before booking. I live in Las Vegas and have stayed in many rooms. I liked the room despite it being a bit smaller than I'm used to. Why spend $400 a night and $46 daily parking when you can spend half that here? They will sign you up for the Best Western rewards card when you book and that will save you money. Thank you hotel staff for a great stay, I would book again at Sure stay.
