Excellent 9 room Bed & Breakfast Inn that’s located in a great area. Approximately 5 mins walk from shops and food joints and approximately 10 mins walk to the Boardwalk/beach. The host was very personable and courteous during our visit. Delicious homemade cookies were available upon our arrival, in which I found to be a nice touch. The rooms are... More

Lovely place to stay. Had more of a guest house feel than a hotel. Very clean, very quiet and the most perfect location to access the harbour and town. Parking and check in were a breeze. Hotel room was very clean. Nice court yard as well.

The staff who we interacted with were completely on top of everything, cordial and very helpful. The room was tidy and clean, of a reasonable size, and the bed very comfortable. Why the middle of the road review? This may be one of the best inns in Santa Cruz but it's a steep price for very basic accommodations. Everything is... More

We Just stayed one night, what we like that it was not far to the pier, downtown and the boardwalk in Santa Cruz. The room was small but very clean and cozy, but because it was hot we had to leave the portable air conditioning on through the night and it was very noisy, this is the only complaint we... More

I will update this review after we complete our stay. We just checked in today, and the room is very attractive, with an extraordinarily comfortable bed. But the reason I wanted to post now is that the amazing breakfast that has been raved about on the site and in other reviews is, sadly, no more. I was informed by the... More

I spent 1 night here in May and the staff went out of their way and were very accommodating the second I stepped foot in the lobby to check-in. The BnB is located within walking distance of both the water and Santa Cruz downtown. The only thing I was a little confused about was the breakfast. Apparently they stopped serving... More

Excellent location for me and my teenage daughter. We parked our car at the hotel and walked for restaurants, shopping and the boardwalk and beach. Excellent value ...I just missed having some natural light in my room ( first floor courtyard meant we couldn't even open our shades).

The room was clean and modern but had no coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave or safe. The location was good for walking to shopping and restaurants but many homeless people in the area. The staff was very helpful and the chef that did our breakfast and snacks was excellent.

The Pacific Blue Inn is a smaller venue than we are used to staying at in Santa Cruz. The location is a prime spot for shopping downtown and walking to the boardwalk/pier. We stayed on the third floor and loved that the room was extremely clean and the bathroom was in great condition. The inn keepers we talked with were... More

Stayed at Pacific Blue Inn in September 2015 because everything else that we researched was unavaliable. We usually stay at chain hotels and were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The Inn is small with only a few rooms, but these rooms are large, clean and decorated with modern decor. There is an open court area that is quite and peaceful.... More
