We stayed here two nights for the Chelsea vs Wrexham game at Levi's Stadium.

The hotel is amazingly well placed for sporting events and it even hosted its own fan park within the hotel grounds before and after the game. Though we didn't visit the hotel is also near to the California's Great America theme park.

The hotel itself is impressive, with a bar, restaurant, small shop and small Starbucks available on the ground floor which I made use of and found very useful. There was also a pool we didn't use due to time.

Our room had twin double beds and we found it very spacious and well provisioned with everything you need for a hotel stay, including free WiFi for registered Hilton Honors members (free account).

The only downside is that the surrounding area is very much a business park/out of town sort of location and finding anything else to do is difficult given this. We did get food delivered on the day of our departure as a result.

I stayed here for four nights for business. The stay was ok, but not spectacular. The rooms were a bit aged and water pressure was limited, although I am told that is common in the area due to water shortages. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

I found eating options to be surprisingly limited for a Hilton. It did not help I was staying there during a Monday night football game which resulted in crowds and a limited menu for the occasion.

Beware of football nights - this hotel is right next to a stadium and gets crowded with fans on football nights. The only thing between this hotel and the nearby stadium is a parking lot so you are getting all the brunt of traffic and noise from the game. The good news is that I thought the noise and disruption was less bad than I had expected considering the circumstances.

Wow, wow wow! My wife and I stayed here 4 nights for the Packers @ 49er's game on 9/26/21. First and foremost the staff at this location is outstanding and lead by their general manager Joe! Joe and his staff were extremely helpful from extra items like coffee, water and towels for the room to having our local college team on the TV's Saturday morning (with a screw driver). Joe and his team truly go up and beyond. Lot's of gameday options for food on location and a Starbucks open early for those of us on a earlier time zone! We also spent time whale watching and hiking in Monterey so the Santa Clara location allowed us to travel freely back and forth without the hassle of the bay area traffic. Four miles to the San Jose airport also made for stress free travel. We will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed here for three nights for the college bowl game in December. The hotel is conveniently located near the football stadium. The hotel itself was pretty nice. We stayed on the concierge level, which I would purchase if traveling with your family. The buffet breakfast served was good and would probably cost at least $20 per person in the restaurant. I was disappointed in that there weren't any restaurant options within reasonable walking distance to the hotel and the menu in their restaurant was very limited. Now for the big negatives. After the first night of our stay, the cleaning people cleaned our room. And shockingly also stole my remaining clean Duluth Trading underwear that were still in my travel bag. Yes, that is correct. I guess Duluth Trading should get 5 stars. I wrote Hilton about this in January and have yet to receive a response. One other issue we encountered is that during the last night of our stay someone lit up their marijuana out in the hallway and the skunk smell just overwhelmed our room as well as the hallway. I called the front desk. Their remedy was to walk down the hall and spray a little bit of Lysol around. That was useless. That must happen often as the front desk associate didn't seem surprised. As such I wouldn't stay here again, but if you can get over that and want something close to the stadium or amusement park this might be your place.

My office called the hotel directly to pay for the room with corporate card. Over the phone person confirmed everything is okay and payed. Upon arrival to the hotel the receptionist failed to told me that the room was not prepaid and charged me the full amount on my CC. I was told they only need for incidentals. Upon reviewing my CC account I discovered the room charge. After talking with the front desk I was told that room can not be paired by corporate card without autorizaron form. Nobody told us about that when reservation was made. Nobody told me that by personal CC will be charged for the room. This is outrageously poor service. Staff answering phones and the front desk needs to be instructed and retrained.
In addition, female bartender was rude after I didn’t like the wine I was tasting and asked for less expensive wine. She should not work in the service industry.

We came here to celebrate my son’s 7th birthday. Upon entering the room we found p**nographic material. The room had been cleaned, beds were made, buuuuuuut the material was left behind. Poor judgment of the housekeeping or who knows. I was extremely upset because my son could have found the item. Thankfully he didn’t. The concierge offered an apology and moved us rooms with $20 voucher to the breakfast bar. Nothing more. The price of the rooms here and the fact it is a higher NAME BRAND HOTEL. I would’ve expected something more. But No upgrades…. I’m disappointed needless to say. As big of a hotel name brand it is, I would’ve appreciated a room upgrade or something to compensate the full on naked man I had to see… At least we were able to switch rooms but will not be staying here again.

We meet every year for Stitches West. The Hilton is very convenient to the Santa Clara Convention Center. The hotel was accommodating in that we had adjoining rooms and our third room was very close on the same floor, so we could maximize our visit with each other. Good memories.

Hilton Santa Clara is an amazing hotel! The staff go above and beyond to help. I had quick check in and help any time I asked. I had an armload of packages and someone stopped working to help me push the elevator button and asked if they could help me to my room. I declined but the offer has never been given to me in any hotel ever!! I stayed at the executive level and had access to a water/soda fridge or hot coffee all day. They had simple snacks in the afternoon and a good continental breakfast in the morning. They also had hot evening finger food.
I can’t wait to return. Right next to the light rail and Levi stadium. Also next door to the conference center. We took the light rail to San Jose children’s museum and to dinner so it is very convenient!!!! The heated pool was a plus for the kids. Highly recommend!!

During our stay there was no in room dining available, even though it is advertised on the website. Also when requesting shower towels, pool towels were brought up? Finally the worst part was when arriving there was hair all over the pillows (dark hair probably from previous people staying…i’m blonde). The man at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, maybe seems to be a lack of poor management rather than staff.

Allows marijuana smoking in hotel rooms and then insults those that do not like the smell. I asked for a room change and was told I could know if the people in the other room was smoking marijuana. Not true I am retired law enforcement. Then they were going to refuse my room change because I could not know it was marijuana. They do not serve the traveler. I finally got a room change but could still smell marijuana in the halls. They must support marijuana users to stay there. I also believe hotel rooms are suppose to be non-smoking.
