Harry Kazali, General Manager, does a fantastic job of keeping this Inn spotlessly clean. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable, roomy and beautifully decorated. There is always coffee, tea and water available for guests in the lobby. The Continental breakfast is more than adequate to start your day. Can't say enough good things about this new Inn by the Ocean. We stay there every time we visit family. Mary R.

The staff was friendly and capable with very easy check in and out. The lobby, rooms, and courtyard were very, VERY clean. Finally a hotel took Covid precautions seriously and made us feel safe and welcome. It is also only the second hotel in the last year that provided a small wonderful little breakfast. A freshly made muffin individually pre-wrapped and a yummy local coffee roaster allowed for a relaxed morning without the need to go search for a cup.

Discovered this place after striking out at a few other hotels (mostly due to my last minute planning, which I don't normally do). That said, this was an INCREDIBLY PLEASANT SURPRISE, exceeding ALL expectations. The location was terrific, not far off Shoreline Drive, and the room was GREAT. Very spacious and ultra clean and comfy. Ultra soft pillows and a wonderfully comfy mattress. We were on the 2nd floor and there was a wonderful surprise courtyard right there on the 2nd floor and stairs leading up to the 3rd floor. So very cool, but the real find was such a great room !!

We stayed in Santa Barbara for 3 nights in June. This was a great find. The hotel is very nice and is close to "State Street" as well as the ocean. It is walking distance to the Stearns Wharf as well. The room was a decent size for 3 people. The bathroom was quite small, but adequate to fit our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel also offers free coffee and tea. There is a free "mini" breakfast of croissants, muffins and yogurt. The added bonus was the 2nd floor outside sitting area. My only con is the price per night, but I guess that is the price you pay for visiting Santa Barbara

This is such a nice hotel. Tastefully decorated, a balcony off the room, to go breakfast in the morning and fabulous location. Free parking available and then you can walk all over! I recommend staying here if you are visiting Santa Barbara.
