This hotel was the best I stayed in during my road trip. Beautiful atmosphere and the hotel was quiet and relaxing with great amenities! The staff was very friendly and helpful regarding recommendations on things to do in the area!

i hope that the front desk has friendlier people, they were not rude but they didn't smile or greet us like we are accustomed to. I just came back from a trip to Georgia and South Carolina and the staff at the hotels were very friendly, they made you feel so welcomed

I've been staying here for over 20+ years. This is where a lot of my rockstar buddies and I would meet and have family get togethers, drinks and what not. Heck, who doesn't want to stay in Charlie Chaplin's old house? I know I do. I was bummed this trip to find out that the bar and restaurant were closed....

This is a mixed review because I stayed in a regular room my first night and upgraded to a luxury room the second night. The regular rooms have an odd smell of cleaning solution, are noisy (you can hear everything through the walls), and in my opinion are not a good value for the price you pay. I highly recommend...

Always a lovely Home away from Home to return to. Never disappointing. Greatest most caring efficient staff, watching over their Wonderful, Clean and Comfortable Hotel. We look forward to returning as soon as possible. Love this Hotel and Montecito.

I'm not exactly sure I would call this an Inn but it whatever it is it's great. I have stayed at the Four Seasons Biltmore many times, which is just minutes away, and while I much prefer the grounds of the Biltmore, and the fact that is right on the beach, the room I had at the Montecito Inn was...

Comfortable rooms, nice pool, friendly service, reasonable price in trendy Montecito. Only downside is inter room noise bc this is an old building and walls are thin. If u don't mind that and there's no breakfast to speak of, u will be happy.

A great place for a romantic quiet getaway for a few days. The staff is top notch! Plan out your food / dinners prior to your travel as reservations are needed even during the week, many are within walking distance. A trip down to butterfly beach is a must.

We had the smallest room at the Montecito but it was very enjoyable; even though near freeway we couldn't hear anything unless we opened a window; ac/heat available, too, safe, nice bed, nice tv, good table for playing Scrabble, workout area, pool/hot tub; loved the tile on stairs, old fashioned elevator; business center, some breakfast items--waiting for remodeled restaurant...should be...
