My two daughters and I stayed for two nights. We drove up from LA and had no idea what to expect. We had a great time walking to State Street and going to the beach and finding great restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised that it was Fiesta weekend and we enjoyed the fun filled atmosphere on Cabrillo and State Streets.

We spent two lovely days in Santa Barbara and the Eagle Inn was a highlight of our trip. Every detail was attended to and the location was wonderful. We never used our car, we walked everywhere. We appreciated the peacefulness and cleanliness of our casitas.

The Eagle Inn has the perfect location if you want to enjoy the beach at your stay at SB and dont mind walking 15 mintues to most of the restaurants. Even if we had the room against a main street with car traffic it was a quiet room. The room was a bit larger than average, which was nice.

Beautifully designed hotel close to the beach, yet away from the worst traffic. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Nice and clean room. The bed was really comfortable. Thought I would be disturbed by the thin walls, you could hear people talking in the next room, and even sometimes in the street outside, but it was fairly quiet...

The Eagle Inn was very clean. We loved having the bikes with the locks. Having the trolley come by every hour. Great location. The best tip we have for people staying. white noise/ fan app on your cell phone. Place cell phone plugged in on each night stand. Maybe ear plugs. The phone app worked great !!! Would stay there...

Casita = Romance Romance Romance Need I say more? But I will - pristine cleanliness, lovely furnishings, super comfortable bed, soak tub actually big enough for 2 very comfortably (we're not small so I was skeptical of this feature), in room massage was probably the most amazing massage I've ever had. We found a platter of chocolate covered strawberries in...

Great location and close to the waterfront wharf, wine tours and the Toma Restaurant. We have used Amtrak from SoCal several times and walked to Eagle Inn. Nice Inn but price has increased too much for our retirement budget.

This was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It is in a great location (near Amtrak station, the beach and Downtown Santa Barbara). The employees are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and guest snacks throughout the day! Thank you and I can't wait to come back :)

The only place we will ever stay in Santa Barbara! Quiet, friendly, cozy, delicious breakfasts and a perfect location just a short walk to great restaurants, the wharf, and the beautiful Pacific. What could be better? Our second visit was as lovely as our first.
