I booked through Hotel Tonight and was promised "free breakfast to keep my hanger at bay." I am pretty sure they meant hunger. There was no free breakfast and the nearest food option is several blocks away. To top it off there was no coffee service in the room. An unidentified mechanical was vibrating the night stand all night long....

If you are not spending any time in your room except to sleep, this motel is fine. The parking was a bit challenging and the breakfast not worth eating. The front desk ( a family) were very nice.I stayed 3 nights. I spilled on the duvet cover the first day and the bedding was never changed. Not the cleanest place...

First, I just wrote this review and my smart/dumb phone blinked and I can't find it. But the people here are so great they deserve another effort 😁 Jessie bent over backwards to accommodate us on short notice. The rooms have recently been remodeled. The bed is soooo comfy, king size. The pillows are fluffy. Linens are clean. Towels are...

I guess the new management must be doing a good job because there is nothing wrong with the place. For the price (cheap) and location (nowhere) it is fine. After reading the reviews here, I was almost afraid to open the door, but the room was perfectly acceptable. It looks similar to the pictures on their web site. Not exactly,...

We were arriving late from our flight and wanted a hotel just for sleep. When we arrived there was no more parking and to park in the street. I asked if the street was safe and was told that the police come through a couple times a night. The room was dirty and bad in every way.

I rated it 3 stars average based on a 1-3 night stay. For longer stays I would say 2 stars poor. We stayed here for 2 weeks so I will share my experience with you. The inn is almost always full: couples, business, family and friends. It was 100% full of roses on Valentine's Day. Furniture is in a good...

I'm very happy with my stay here, under new direction is showing a very good improvements and very good rate also. The location is great, at el Camino Real and near malls, grocery store and train station. The new coffee machine is great ! I hope you also enjoy it!

Pretty average hotel in the middle of nowhere. We stayed here as it was next to my husbands company. As I was not working, the location was not desirable as it was not walkable to San Mateo. The only consolation was that the staff was exceedingly courteous.

I had an early flight from San Francisco so i really just wanted a bed within an easy drive. That's what I got. It was clean with a warm shower but has seen better days and the walls are paper thin. It was ok for me travelling solo for a short transit stop. 1 night was enough, though.

Hotel did not provide a receipt on check-in, stating it was a prepaid reservation. When I explained I meant the credit card they just took from me for incidentals, that would be on checkout. Then on checkout they refused to give me a receipt for the incidentals credit card. He kept insisting I was wrong and would not accept that...

Hi Keith, Thank you for taking the time to reach out and let us know about your stay. I want to sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you had while checking out of the hotel. We can most certainly offer you a receipt, regardless of the method of payment and I apologize that the front desk associate did not know...

“Just don't go to this 'hotel' - no "good" rooms that I know of.”
  • Where sink attaches to cabinet
  • Desk - paint loss
  • carpet - dirty corners and by baseboard (never cleaned?)
  • spots on wall of walking closet (blood?)
  • Inner bathroom door spots (blood?)
  • toilet roll handle
  • empty tissue box; only toiletries given; stained 'clean' towel
  • Frame of bed longer than mattress - easy to bump leg
