We choose this hotel due to its location, near to a specific neighbourhood. The hotel was under renovation when we were there, and the breakfast and sitting area look like they will be very nice when complete. Our room itself had been renovated, with new carpet and chair upholstery. Free breakfast was good - lots of choice and the sausages...

The rooms are spacious and very clean. I was in a room overlooking the street and a Sysko truck was parked right under my window with the refrigeration system running. At 10.45p I called the reception desk to inquire about the truck and they told me that it was going to be parked there until 5.30am.. The noise was very...

My husband booked this hotel due to an Expedia mystery special (3-star, brand name hotel, they claimed). We arrived very late after a long flight, still on Eastern time; the room was dark and creepy with broken items. Nothing to do but go to sleep. In the morning, he spent 2 hours on the phone with Expedia trying to get...

Cute older hotel, dated fixtures. Rumors that it's haunted but we heard no bumps in the night. Location was easy to access. Parking is a little odd, however, it is conveniently located beneath the hotel. Price was reasonable. Only complaint is the dated fixtures. Everything else was fine. I would visit again if in the area.

Booked a room with kitchenette. Got a dark dank room with a hob, microwave and coffee maker. All well you say, however there were no cups, glasses, cutlery or plates or pans to cook or eat off. When I asked they said you'll have to go buy your own! The breakfast there was awful and orange juice could burn your...

We used to like to stay here when we visit San Jose as the rooms were always clean & comfortable. They serve breakfast and dinner as well, which is great for us as we are not big eaters anyway for those meals, and usually just like to have lunch out somewhere with people. Kind of hard to find due to...

Closest I could get to City National Civics for Finovate. The room was okay. The people were pleasant enough. Needed cabs. They promptly ordered them and was picked up quickly. Breakfast was more than muffins and coffee. Actually made eggs while waiting. OJ, cereal, waffles also available. However, room service is advertised. Instead there was a menu from a local restaurant....

This hotel was selected based on closeness to Santana Row where I knew I was going to have several dinner meetings. I would give it 4 stars, but the location was a bit too sketchy for my taste. However, everybody was really service oriented, free parking and free internet and a simple breakfast. The room was clean and I even...

Stayed in this hotel for one night as the entire Silicon Valley was overbooked. Paid an exorbitant rate of $192/night. They ask for a copy of your license upon check in. Do not let them do this! Could be a scam. I had them call the manager and they returned it to me. The hotel is jammed in between a...

Our room was very comfortable with a big jetted tub, excellent breakfast (I had a made to order mushroom omelette) and a very, very friendly staff. Hotel decor was very classy. I would definitely stay here again! We flew in from the San Jose airport, took a cab (reasonable fare) and arrived in 10 minutes. The hotel was very clean...
