I was staying in San Jose for a couple of days to explore the city and The Row Hotel was a cute little boutique hotel in close proximity to all of the major attractions and spots to visit (ie Santana Row, Winchester Mystery House, Westfield Valley Fair Mall, Rosicrucian Egyptian

I stayed here 3 nights prior before I was accused of smoking and kicked out before check in on my last day. They kept the $330 I paid for that night and the $120 deposit. I was vaping which there is nothing in the fine print about vaping. They called the police because they do

As you are aware there were a number of issues that arose during your stay, and we were forced to call the police and ultimately ask you to leave. In such instances, we don't offer refunds. We trust that you understand our position on this matter. Kind Regards, The Row Hotel, Guest Experience Team

Several of the rooms have the hot and cold lines reversed in the shower. To get hot water you have to set it to cold. Cold shower was not what I wanted. The room also did not have a remote in it so I had to back to the desk to get one, which would not turn off the TV. The AC

A 3 star hotel that deserves 3 stars. When I arrived at reception, no one was there. Fifteen mins later a nice gentleman appeared and helped me check in. I asked for a room away from the traffic noise of San Carlos Blvd. little did I know that that meant no natural light in

The front row faces the street and can be noisier rooms. The middle row faces the back of the hotel. I can only assume they have no view except the buildings behind the hotel, but may be quieter due to not being on the street side.

If you are paying for a room, I think you can leave it. If you aren't staying there, I doubt you can use it as a parking lot instead of airport parking.

I stayed there in March 2016 and parked our rental car underneath the hotel for all 5 days of our stay. There was no problem. I would say as long as you stay there you can park a car there for free. Might change, but that is how we were treated.

Hi Christina, The hotel is about 90% done and should be 100% complete by December. You will also notice that our name will change to The Row Hotel in the next few weeks as well! Thanks for your question! ~Mikaela Director of Sales & Marketing
