Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Pillows were filthy. Towel for bathroom floor looked like someone had cleaned their muddy boots on it and returned it folded on rack. Unfortunately, after getting out of shower wet, the bath towel was just as filthy. No microwave as advertised. No ice machine. This was our 18th hotel in a row on our cross country hiking trip. Worst place we stayed so far.

Stayed one night and it was enough. It looks a lot worse than it is from the outside. Shady people there but I did not have any breakins in my room or car. Semirude service, but I recon they see a lot of shady characters there judging from the neighbours. Bed was good, bathroom as expected and TV worked and drapes could be shut while still allowing for a peak of the parking lot down below.

I'm a solo, 67 year old female traveller. The breakfast is advertised on Booking.com. as $9 but unless you order it at the time of booking your room you will be charged $14.95. good breakfast, cereals yoghurt, boiled eggs, cheese, toast. butter and jam, tinned fruit, juices, tea and coffee. Very basic room, no drawers and one hanger on a hood in bedroom. Small shower but plenty of hot water, t.v and soft cotton sheets and lovely white towels.

Wifi works great. Good enough channels on TV. Microwave, fridge, blow dryer, A/C works great. Lots of chairs to sit around. Clean enough but if you're really picky and classy go find a better "hotel". The water comes out too hot at first. You just gotta wait for it to be a little bit colder for awhile. So close to freeway in fact right in front of it. I'm not bothered by the noise as I'm used to it. I don't know about you.

Don't bother going to this hotel. Really bad costumer service and rooms, two major parts which make up for a good hotel. You'll regret booking here. The hotel was easily accessible by car. First off, regarding amenities: It appears that they don't even have a water boiler, and the Indian lady at the counter informed me that the phone in the hotel room only calls to 1-800 numbers. We had those to-go macaroni & cheese boxes, and despite implying that this was our DINNER, she continued to refuse with a stern "no" to boil some water, or even bother to help prepare the mac and cheese. What a joke. Don't let me get started on the rooms. I noticed that the bed cover appeared to have a burned stain on them. There were constantly children from another room on the top floor (where our room was) who were running and yelling. The airconditioning blew cold air, but for some reason, still failed to cool the (SMALL) room. The bathtub is simply gross, with hair and other human deposits on the side of the bathtub. Gross. Please just spend another 5 minutes of your time looking for a better hotel. That really is worth your time. It's only got 1 star because of it's location. Funny thing is, you can find a superior hotel in the area which you will LOVE for around $35 more. P.S. In case you were wondering, we had other food in the car which we managed to gobble up...

My longtime friend came to town to visit his Mum who is critically ill in hospital and needed someplace nearby and not too costly so he went online to look for a place. According to my friend, online, "The place looked like a palace." Inside was another story. He meant to spend that night but had a nap and hoofed it back to the hospital-preferring to catnap in waiting room chairs over a room with rust stains on the bath towels, mold on the shower head and toilet paper you could truly see through. Speaking of the toilet, the seat was barely hanging on by a thread-the threads of one toilet-seat bolt, it's mate nowhere to be seen. As for the outside, I took a pass by a few days ago just to see the outside and I have to admit I certainly wouldn't pay to stay there. Judging THIS book by it's cover, the sign was old, the neighbourhood an indication of renting the rooms by the hour, and the driveway was just a few feet off the 10fwy off ramp. You blink, you miss it. Park at Carl's Jr, risk a tow, so you make 2 U-Turns and luck on try #2. Frankly, I'd keep looking, it's not worth it. And a VERY bad impression for the sweet City of San Gabriel, which has some lovely churches and restaurants.

The Indian lady who works at the front desk is unacceptable rude and has no manner.Horrible horrible! If you ever walk into this hotel, you will understand what i am talking about. Also the towels in the hotel are not even cleaned. You can tell if they are cleaned just from the surface. They were dark, and some had pink stain on it. The whole room smelt like smoke too. Bad experience!

I got my clothes stolen and the owner pretended that she did not care. Also, the housekeeper went into the room to clean automatically without my permission or my notice. The room has no slippers to wear, no hanger to hang clothes, and the air conditioner was out of order which made me feel hot like hell. My stuff got stolen and who would be responsible for that. This place was so shaddy and have bad service that I never saw in my life. Don't stay in this hotel. I hope they will close down this hotel someday

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTELl!!! and as an unsuspecting consumer I resent it even being listed on this website. My wife and I recently stayed here where we had countless items stolen from us everytime we left the room, which we did not realize until we left and just assumed we did not bring these items with us. Perhaps the mice running in and out of the huge gap at the bottom of the room door all night should have been an indicator or the inoperable air conditioner.
