My biggest regret is booking this hotel itself. Not only is it dirty, but it stinks, and the bed has stains all over and the floor. Hair is everywhere, looks like the grandma who does the cleaning service can’t do laundry properly. This hotel is a crime, and deserves to be sue. Stay at your own risk. I would never trust hotels at this price anymore. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. Their deposit is using cash on purpose so you won’t get it back.

Stayed here July 3-5. Worst hotel I have ever been to. Right after I checked in, I came at 5 when check in was at 3, they haven't even finished cleaning. Not to mention it was super dirty. This grandma needs to learn how to clean seriously. Floors were not mopped and gray stains all around. Lights were broken, toilet paper is barely empty. Worst part was the bed, my partner and I ithched all night and we couldnt sleep. COCKROACH WAS CRAWLING. We even used a sleeping bag I had since the bed was so dirty. Hair was on every towel, and it stinks. other rooms were so noisy, and this hotel is not worth even for a single dollar. I would never recommend anyone to stay. Even now we are still itching due to the unsanitary bed. MUCH MUCH BETTER HOTEL SUGGESTIONS: Mogel 6 Arcadia, Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia (We are staying here and for an extra $20-$30 it is totally worth every penny) and basically any other hotel/motel with a similar price range is better.

Over the past three or so years I have read some very unflattering reviews and stayed at other hotels. Conditions were such that I needed to stay there on 03/02/2019 and I found the property to be pretty good. This is the first hotel in the USA I’ve visited that had Asian style toilets. I fell in love with these toilets a few decades ago and have thought about installing two of them in our house but until recently the costs have been too high. So I will have to say that I was impressed. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Friendly staff staff seals the deal. I’ll be back.

Cons: - Bathroom is quite run down and floor is very slippery - Not really safe for toddler to run around as too many pieces of furnitures - Heater/ air conditioning is rather troublesome to adjust - Not much of ventilation - Only 1 of each washer and dryer Pros: - Basic breakfast like toast, porridge (Taiwanese style), waffles - Ample of parking space - Free wifi - Friendly staffs - Provides ice cubes and hot water - Toilet seat warmer Location is very easy to find. Hope they revamp the bathroom as it's always soaking wet and quite run down.

Mostly clean rooms. Cleaning staff was friendly and responsive. I was checking out a day early and the young man at the front desk started yelling at me that i wasn't going to get a refund. I wasn't asking for one. Just wanted to leave. Strange.

Disregard old reviews. The current management has replaced the furniture and floors. There is still no pool, but there is adequate free parking, much of it shaded. And continental breakfast (including waffles), fast WiFi, and a 2PM check-in time. The bathrooms are small, but the bedroom includes a large table and ergonomic chair for using the WiFi. The (new) air conditioners are very effective, too.

Clean. Super fast check in. Comfortable bed. Not far from freeway. Vending machines. Free breakfast. Big shower. Free wifi. However they didn't have a big selection of breakfast choices, tv didn't have very many American channels and the satellite kept cutting out. Soap and shampoo wasn't very good.

Easy access from I-10, very big parking spots with plenty of room for any vehicle, we got there early and the manager was able to give us a room ahead of check in time which provided us with more time at the beach, room is ample with 2 queen beds, small fridge and microwave, shower could use some updating but good enough for now, continental breakfast included, waffles, cereal, juice, coffe, toast, hard boiled eggs and an international hot table with Chinese items. For a budget hotel a very nice surprise, location is far from all but with out traffic 35 min to dysney and 45 to Santa Monica's pier.

1. Clean but everything in room is old. 2. Breakfast ok. Other than pan cake, oatmeal and bread, it also serves Chinese traditional breakfast with rice porridge. 3. The cost is on average cheaper than other hotels in this area while you can't expect too much on quality. 4. Budgetary choice.
