Hotel's Favourite
Good location, great staff its a little noisier because the halls are outdoor. We went to an event at the NOS events center so their were a lot of other people who chose to stay here too so because of the hours of the event the noise of people coming and going wasn't a bothersome!!! Def my 1st choice when we go to events down there but it definitely sells out fast!!!!

Staff was excellent. The customer service was great with a welcoming feeling. Clean and fresh beds and good cable. Parking was excellent and no noise outside! I will definitely be staying again! Thank you

If you want a restful night without noise then you don't want to stay at this hotel. The hotel is dark and while making somewhat of an attempt to "upgrade" the rooms, it falls very short of making it a comfortable stay. The only thing that looks like has been upgraded in the rooms would be the flooring. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the sheets rough and peely feeling and the toilet paper is like using sandpaper. Room is very dark and the bathroom was not properly cleaned with wrappings of something on the floor. NO ELEVATOR TO THE SECOND FLOOR so if you are handicapped it is very difficult to get up the stairs. The front desk clerk was nice but we felt very unsafe in this area.

This motel is a great place to stay. It’s quiet, clean, pretty and serves a great hot breakfast. The staff are very polite and friendly. During our stay we didn’t see any sketchy people hanging around the motel. It’s located close to gas stations, food place's and freeway access.

Too many negatives at this location. Hassle with credit card used for the reservation I made for my son, yet BW has NO problem charging my card if we don't show up. They wouldn't charge my card the previous day for his room the following, which easily could have prevented this. This forced me to leave a planned family event way too early. Overwhelmed clerk at desk. Massive wait time at desk. Online pre register was worthless, we had to do it all over again, same exact info.,when we got there, it saved no time. My son's room was 1.5 hrs. late in being ready, and he had 2 small children. Not even sure I got any points either. And I'm still waiting for my deposit refund, which was charged to my card.

this place is not worth the money, looks great online but when you enter the floors are sticky, roaches are in bathroom, toilet nearly over flowed, remotes to tv did not work, whole place smelled of urine. homeless live out of parked cars with sheets in windows, breakfast was non existant with slow security guard. please give me back my money!!

The hotel had sketchy loitering people on the premises.the room wasn’t clean and smelled like an ashtray, it was a non smoking room. There was an armed security guard at breakfast that wouldn’t allow us to bring breakfast to our room, but allowed other guests to. I felt very discriminated against there. The hotel did not feel safe.

This hotel was clean, A/C worked well, fairly quiet room, parking lot was well lit. I liked that the room was of a decent size and had a closet area with hangers and a place to put a suitcase. A small table & chair, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & hair dryer were a welcome addition. I only spent one night and I did not get the chance to use the pool area so cannot comment on that.

I love this hotel. The entire staff. From the Housekeepers to the owners, everyone here goes out of their way to make us feel welcome and like VIPs. There are fancier hotels but there's nowhere I would rather stay because at this hotel you're not just another face. You're there guest and they strive to make you feel like It's truly a pleasure to have you there.
