Located near an I-5 exit and next to a McDonald's, this was a convenient choice for our family road trip. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hostess at breakfast was friendly and attentive to make sure there were adequate food items, plates, utensils, etc. We did not make use of the outdoor pool, but it was nice to know...

After a stressful drive on CA highways, this hotel provided a respite from the chaos. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the desk clerk, Xa who made us feel at home and helped us make our Amtrak connection. Rooms were clean and pleasant. The only restriction is the lack of good restaurants in close proximity.

The room was comfortable and clean. The AC is very noisy but otherwise the hotel seems to be quiet. We were there to use the California Archives and State Library downtown and use of the light rail system close by was convenient although discouraged by hotel staff. If I visit the area again, which is unlikely, I will probably try...

The Hotel was well kept and clean. It was fully-booked during our stay but parking was not an issue. Our room was spacious, we had 2 queen beds, the sheets were comfortable and fluffy pillows. It was very very nice welcoming atmosphere after a tiring afternoon in the city. I love the fact that their toiletries were generous and conscientious...

We stayed only one night and found this to be a very good value! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was really spacious and clean. The king bed was so comfortable that I never woke up until morning (unusual for me). The shower was just large enough for 2 (no bathtub) and featured the sink outside the toilet/shower area....

We stayed here only one night, but for three stars, it was better than I thought. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. For the three of us, we only had two bath towels. The bathroom was clean, a little bit tight though. The only bad thing was the elevator smelled like dogs. Only a continental...

Front desk very rude and CONDCENDING. EXTREMELY noisy cleaning personnel. Beggars in the parking lot, shady people sitting in their cars in the back parking area that were not guests. Never again. Strangers banging on several doors in the middle of the night.

The room was spacious and comfortable! The employees are very friendly and courteous. The shuttle from the airport was perfect. The breakfast is outstanding. I enjoyed the waffle and many other things! I will return again. I highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed 2 nights and found this hotel to be very clean and quiet. A very friendly & helpful staff. Centrally located for what we had planned for the weekend. Old Sacramento only 5 minutes away, plus easy access to the freeway. Will stay again!

I enjoyed the hotel. The staff was amazing and the hotel room was quiet and comfortable. What I found most note-worthy was the staff. Everyone was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. I enjoyed my stay!
