i stayed in the quality inn in rosemead during my stay the front desk issued a room key to my room and then unlocked door with master key while i was inside. this person was never asked for identification. i stay with my 2 year old daughter. we could of been killed robbed etc etc..... when i called corporate to make a complaint iwas then kicked out the hotel and asked not to return. i was paid up for a whole other week. this issue left my daughter and i on the streets with no money no place to stay for a week until my refund posted to my bank. i am a victim of domestic violence this could of seriously got my daughter and i killed. they put the whole fault on me. reading fact sheets they should of never issued a key without identification.
I'm traveling with my two kids a five-year-old and my one year old. so I came in to check in being tired with my boys at the beach after 3 hour drive from home ( Bakersfield)so I asked the guy at registration if they had any carts available for my luggage because I had my one year olds Pack n Play and bags and I wouldn't be able to do it by myself handling the bags and the boys he said we don't have any right now customers are using it. After i asked three times if he can find out and with his rude annoying tone said "I don't know when they will be be done" so I left it at that I walked out with my boys went to grab what i was able to carry and keep an eye on my one year old and my five year old when I walked in I asked him his name, he said Anthony and I said that's good to know. I guess when he saw me struggling with my kids and bags he said "there's a cart outside" I obviously ignored him I'm going to stay here for two nights and I can say I want to come back to be greeted with that attitude of his. it's not my fault you don't like your job. I believe more training needs to be giving to staff of how to be more helpful to people specifically if they see a woman or even a man traveling alone with children. Kids can't be left alone in a room while we un pack out cars. Just my opinion…
I stayed at this hotel for one night, the check-in process was fast, the room clean and I liked the hotel in general. It is located very close to restaurants which is nice. Check out was also very fast and took just 5 seconds. The breakfast is free, I checked it out and it did not look very appetizing to me so i didn’t eat it there. Other people seemed to enjoy it though. The only thing I did not like was the noise when someone in a different room takes a shower. I am not sure if my room (314) was near some pipes or if all the rooms are the same but it was very difficult for me to fall asleep because as soon as someone would take a shower, the noise coming from the pipe would be insanely loud. This also woke me up early in the morning. Besides that, I recommend this hotel and would come back again.…
It was absolutely horrible, shouldn't be charging hotel prices for motel experiences! First if all the curtains look like they are shredded up, the duvet had multiple stains, there was long black hairs on the clean towels when neither I or my boyfriend have black hair, neither the a/c nor heater worked, the hair dryer didn't work and the microwave didn't work! Housekeepers barge into your room while your still sleeping, it's 7 am why don't you check the front desk and see whose checked out already! The walls are also really thin I could hear the housekeepers vacuuming all morning! We stayed in room 304, management please check quality of your rooms that room was ridiculous!
I’m a diamond member with both Wyndham and choice hotels I stay at hotels frequently I’ve never left a bad review before but I just checked out of this hotel and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had I’m literally shaking from the negative experience to begin I checked in late after working got up to the room only to discover the TV was not working after hitting the remote for five minutes I unplug the power cable from the back of the cable box and then had to wait 15 minutes for the system to reinitialize in the satellite connect I started working on my schoolwork the TV came back on but then about half an hour later when I try to change the channel The system froze and I had to repeat the initialization process just to change the channel I called the front desk but they said since it’s already been 30 minutes since I checked in there’s nothing they can do I slept in a little bit but made it to the tail end of the so-called complementary breakfast I even put money in the tip jar 30 minutes before checkout I took a hot shower when I left the room the mirror in the bathroom was steamed up. 30 minutes later I got a security notice from my bank asking me if I authorized $150 charge from the hotel obviously I didn’t I went back to the hotel to find out what’s going on and I said that I’ve been doing drugs in the room this is ridiculous I do not smoke cigarettes I do not do drugs I have to be able to go up to the room to see what they’re talking about they refused I asked where this report came from, they said housekeeping but would not give me their name the clerk at the front desk will not give me his name and the manager was conveniently not on site I will never be staying at this location again if you want to spend $150 for one night in LA this place is average at best there are definitely better values out there I will never return and if you stay here watch your credit card or bank statement for unauthorized charges…
We stayed at the Quality Inn earlier this week. We traveled to CA for a TX Rangers vs LA Dodgers game. The hotel is a good distance from both LAX and Dodgers Stadium. It took us about 50 minutes to get to the game but we rode the Dodgers Shuttle so that added a little time to the commute. I think you could get there in 35 to 45 minutes if you drove. The hotel was clean. We had 2 double beds and they were comfy. The bathroom was clean and the free breakfast was great (love those waffle machines😉). There is a Starbucks across the street - definitely within walking distance! That was a plus!!!
Exceeded expectations. I had a business meeting at the Air Resources Board. This hotel was clean, rooms more than adequate, reasonably priced, close to numerous good dining options (and Starbucks across the street!) and the staff was very friendly. Thank you for a great stay!
Location is on the main street of Rosemead, close to Starbuck, mini market, medium size bargain market, a Chinese resto. Staff is not professional, we ask for morning call two days in a row but we don't get any. Lucky I set my own alarm on the second day, but on the first day we just get up 20 minutes before our bus come.....it is a miracle we get on the bus in time ! Limited item and small place for breakfast...just bread, sausage, fried egg & cereal. Bathroom with bathtub....kind of old hotel !
Stayed here for one night as convenient for family, but NEVER AGAIN. Our room was ok, clean, everything there but that was it. No water in room, Everything else left us wanting, such as no public rest room, no pool or anywhere to sit outside, not a good location, not at all central, no room service or proper restaurant. For the money they charge we expect a lot more.
Close to all the restaurants and 1 block from the I-10 freeway. Friendly staff and best location. Only thing is sometime I can smell cigarette in non smoking room. Overall good value. I always stay here when I come to the san gabriel area for chinese food !
