u ask them for a towel, u get ugly face,thats just rude!!!!! there one that works down stairs,she thinks she all that,with beaty eyes is nasty,rude person.the other is a big one,dont know the names of these people,never coming here again,telling my friends, and others.

Pluses: Location is good, it has a parking, regular accommodation of this type, totally nothing special. Price was ok for LA area. The most important thing - the room was clean. It was possible to check in after 11pm but we needed to wait till someone comes to the office and no one was answering the phone when we tried to call. Minuses: You cannot call coffee and some croissant a breakfast. If you want to check in late, be patient till someone comes to help you. Person who was checking us in was hard to understand although speaking English a little.

WE hesitated about this hotel,some family members watched the way we see things done,housekeeping brooming our rooms carpet,not using a vaccum cleaner.NASTY.the bathroom not clean well,dirty still,like they never clean,towels had lots of hair,nasty,we see HOUSEKEEPING DONT CARE,here or about the customers either.

dirty inside & out,i see the housekeeping making messes outside,the motel,the rooms are dirty,shower nasty,hole bathroom stinks like crap,piss. give this place nothing,want my money back,never again,telling others!!!!!!

I hesitated after reading some of the reviews posted, but I am glad I persisted. The staff are polite and caring. Independently owned and operated. The hotel is being renovated by the owners. New dual pane windows are now in all of the rooms. My room was freshly painted ( I could smell the paint ). Big room with lots of counter space. Good AC / Heat. Great WIFI. Bathroom was all new. And a working refrigerator! I would recommend that you take advantage of these great rates. Also nice to park just feet from your door.

The room was average size, very clean and a reasonable price. The mattress was extremely soft. The room included a mini-refrigerator. The staff was very friendly. There is a $5 refundable key deposit which isn't listed in the room posting. The motel is located in Chinatown in Rosemead. There are several restaurants and some shopping centers nearby. I also stayed here in March 2017.

It's always a mix between comfort and price. We strolled through our favorite travel website to compare hotels, and we came across the Valley Hotel. What's with the bad rap of reviews people? Nice room flat screen tv, free coffee, free parking. Wowsers I'm a happy customer.

Oh me oh my, what a nice stay we had here. Ok the lobby is kinda small, but the room was nothing to complain about. Like any smaller motel establishment u can park right outside your room for maximum convenience. Close to alot of asian food. Very happy with the in room amenities, coffee anyone? Housekeepers were on the dot with cleaning. Thank u for making our stay enjoyable. Cheers.

Terrible! Don't stop here. It was disgusting waking up to scattered roaches. Later there were ants all over the place. I left as soon as I was ready! I can't believe this place. Don't stop here. It was filthy.

Unbelievable is all I can say. The room I stayed in was disgusting. Filth everywhere!!! Took me 30 minutes to Lysol wipe and spray the entire room. Carpet was so dirty and stained that I left my socks in the room. Did not want to pack them as they were black with dirt after just one night of walking in the room!!! I've stayed in a lot of hotels but this is terrible. Forgot to mention long black hair in bathtub and bed. Not mine!!! I'm bald!!!! CAUTION. Sleep in your car before having to stay here!!!!
