Having stayed in the hotel for 12 nights, I found the hotel to be a tremendous value. Rooms are clean and comfortable (no housekeeping service is provided during your stay). Rooms are smaller but efficient. Bathroom sink is separated from the toilet and bathtub. Bathroom was clean and well maintained.
Location is convenient to the 101 freeway. Dining options are within walking distance.
Note: there are a few people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot but were not a bother to hotel guests.
Night security frequently walks the hotel property for added safety.

The room was VERY clean, the checkin was contactless from a window. The staff responded quickly when I said the room I was assigned reeked of clorox (which means it was clean, but smelled!). They immediately put me in another room, which I appreciated. Still, this is a super boring area, surrounded by fast food restaurants and a giant casino. It's also being renovated, so there is the noise of construction during the day. It's fine if you need a place just to sleep overnight on your way somewhere else, but I wouldn't stay here more than one night.

Horrible experience! There wasn't anyone to welcome me except for the beggars that arrived via Greyhound, not a good start. Room smelled smoky. Pulled back the covers, found four black hairs and droplet stains on the bed sheets. Lifted the mattress (check the corners for bugs!), found a condom.
I was told to call the following day for a refund. Manager Anna refused a refund as it was a "pre-paid room," but offered a 50% off discount on my next stay. I admire Anna's optimism. She ended the call with "no worries," but I think she should be worrying about her establishment a bit more.

Stayed in the hotel during a fire evacuation. The room had a horrible smell, had to go to the store to get a candle so we could try to sleep. When I turned down the bed to sleep a hair was on the sheet. The bathtub had more hairs. They did not give any kind of room rate break for being a fire victim or the uncleanliness of the room. There was a small refrigerator in the room which did not work. When I went downstairs to report the issues, there were some questionable people hanging around the first floor.

Stayed there for just one night. It was fine for a short stay but I would not have wanted to be there for a week. Room was inexpensive and clean, but had some wear and tear, but nothing significant. Bed was comfortable. They were renovating the property, but obviously had not gotten to my room yet. Few amenities. No breakfast. Check in was fine but the lobby is like an artificial entrance-way because it does not go to the rooms but comes out the other side to an outdoor walkway (very odd). The side I stayed on was facing the freeway and had a cold wind blowing through. It was noisy outside but not in the room. Motel is convenient as it is close to Hwy 101 and surrounded by a lot of chain stores and restaurants. A large nice casino is also nearby. I did notice some homeless/sketchy people hanging around the parking lot area. The motel is not fenced off so someone could wander in who does not belong there. My biggest complaint is their elevator. It is so old that it does not have an electronic sensor, so if it starts to shut, one has to hold it open, and it closes fast. it tried to close on me as I was hauling my luggage in/out. I could see this being a problem for someone old/frail/disabled, or who just moves slowly.

Parking lot is not safe. Truck got broken into first night. Saw people patrolling and openly taking photos of cars. No security cameras in parking lot so take everything of value with you.
Room was average, WiFi was pretty good.

The checkin staff were friendly and the price was cheap and those are the only good things about this. We booked a non-smoking room but the moment we entered the room it was smelly with strong odor of Marijuana. Asked to change the room but the staff said since we already checked-in we can't. Even the bedsheet looked worn out and filthy. There was a constant freeway noise as it's right next to the freeway. Booked for 2 days but escaped from this room after spending just one night.

There’s a county but that travels between Petaluma and Santa Rosa. After that, it’s the transit mall and linking county busses and city transit. There are a couple wineries in Santa Rosa, but, you’ll most likely be spending most of your day wasted on a county trip and not enjoy yourself. Taxi, Uber, and other more efficient forms of transport are your best bet.
During your next visit, please reserve a deluxe pool view queen as it does have a refrigerator.
Unfortunately we are not Pet Friendly.
Thank you for your inquiry. Our check-out time is 11am, however we are more than happy to extend until 12pm based on availability.
Our check-in time begins at 3pm and concludes at 2am.
